Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I have ever been to in the UK. The guys are super attentive and friendly and it´s great to train in that "family" environment. The best place to achieve real goals, rather than go to an aseptic impersonal gym like the ones that are so fashionable these days!

Fantastic experience: A gym for people serious about training and not too fussed about things being flashy. There are competition weight plates, bars and racks. I've been to gyms like this before and the people working there are often meat heads - Everyone here is really friendly and knowledgeable. There is also strongman equipment which is really hard to find in other gyms.

Fantastic experience: Proper gym, top atmosphere and some great kit to suit all abilities. Without a doubt the best gym I’ve ever trained at. What makes it even better is that the owner is consistently looking to improve, either with space or kit. Couldn’t ask for more.

It's tough for anybody to go to a gym without feeling apprehensive of the people around you but this gym you feel Parton something greater than itself.. A very inspiring environment. Fantastic experience: This is a good old school gym with old machines that you don't see very often any more that do what they need to do, it's great to see a family run business doing well perfect for bodybuilding will be happy to train here again every one there for the same reason train hard then go home.

Negative experience: Very basic. No showers. No water fountain. Awful running machine. Ok if you want to do some weight training.
