Fantastic experience: Highly recommend The Gym Project. As an anxious person I was super nervous about starting here but not once have I felt out of place or intimidated. I have been welcomed by really friendly, approachable staff, other gym goers have been great too. It's a great environment and there's plenty of access to all the equipment/classes (which I didn't find at other gyms) and just has a great vibe.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend this gym more! It has a great range of equipment and classes with lots of space. Everything is clean, organised and well managed. Best of all is the community spirit, staff and regulars are friendly, warm and motivating. It runs lots of extra events that can be a fun way of trying new things and meeting people.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of the gym project pretty much since they opened. It is the most friendliest, welcoming gym with knowledgable coaches, a great variety of classes, and can get training programmes included with your membership. (Which is also great value). I do think it is a unique gym, and also feel valued as a member.

Fantastic experience: Gym Project feels way more personal than other gyms in Falmouth, you are more than just a number here. I enjoy the personalised plans, they are made to suit you and there is a video of each element of the workout on your plan which makes it easier to follow. If I need help with anything there’s always a staff member around to help go through things. There is no extra charge for this either. Everyone is welcome at this gym, which I love. There is never any judgement and as someone who is plus size it makes it easy for me to attend without having to worry.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, The facilities are top-notch, always clean, and equipped with the latest machines and weights. The atmosphere is incredibly positive and supportive, making every workout session something to look forward to. The trainers here are exceptional. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care about helping you achieve your fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Gym Project. It is always clean and the large size means it never feels overcrowded. As a plus size woman, it feels like a friendly and inclusive space. The coaches are always friendly and approachable.

Fantastic experience: Truth be told, the BEST place to train in the South West! Clean and tidy gym, staff so friendly and can’t do enough for you. Free personal 1:1 introduction and individualised training programme. Join in on plenty of group activities and have full use of the best gym equipment, all included in your membership with no additional fees. The equipment and classes are constantly updated and improved too. A peri/menopause support programme is also available and highly recommended. Leave any stress at the door. All in all, a fab place to hangout, meet some great people and improve your fitness/general wellbeing, all at the same time!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since 2021 and I have gone from strength to strength in my the classes I attend . Sammy is a great instructor always attentive giving the required help /adjustments needed. The gym project has a great non judgemental outlook, everybody is welcome. All the staff are very friendly , approachable and helpful. So if you’ve never been to a gym before or are an old hand , this is the gym to come to!!

Fantastic experience: having looked at all the gyms in Falmouth, I would say that The Gym Project offers more floor space per person than any other gym. Secondly, as far as I am aware it is the only gym to offer a training plan as part of the subscription. Many other gyms either don't offer it all or only if you pay extra. Thirdly, but by no means third, the staff are very friendly and willing to help and offer advice and assistance.

Fantastic experience: The best gym! Super friendly, every age working out. Many classes you can join, including yoga and HIIT training, lots of free weights, benches and equipment, I have never had to wait to work out. Always greeted with a smile from the staff and other members. I had a movement review with Tess, and now I can work out with a full program and seeing really good gains and increase to my fitness. I am 51. Cannot speak highly enough about the gym. Just join!

Fantastic experience: I worked away in Falmouth for six months, joined The Gym Project on day one and not once did I regret it. The staff were always friendly and welcoming and the gym was fully stocked with everything you would need for functional and strength training.

Fantastic experience: I have found the Gym Project to be an extremely friendly place to work out. The classes are fantastic, there is a great range of equipment, the staff are always so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive. It's always clean and tidy, even the changing rooms! I love that they host social events throughout the year as well as running the day to day gym activities. 10 out of 10, would recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, community gym that's professional and genuinely a nice place to go to.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy stretch and yoga classes. I find these classes fun and I feel myself getting fitter. Everyone is friendly.

Fantastic experience: Is expensive but the money goes towards new equipment very often. The staff are very helpful. There is enough and the right equipment to train whatever style you want from Olympic lifts calisthenics boxing fitness Pilates There are also so many paces squat or bench press racks can be set up if there isn’t one free. I have never been held back by lack of equipment here. Would recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: Really nice gym with loads of space and very friendly, helpful staff. The equipment here is great - you can do anything you want. I haven’t tried the classes yet but have heard they’re good too.

Fantastic experience: I'm into my third month of membership and really enjoying the experience. Although I don't have a personal coach I do have one assigned to me. Through the True-Coach app that is used at the gym I am able to contact my coach and he (Aaran) sets my workouts. Often I see him face to face in the gym and he's very engaging. There are normally at least two coaches in the gym who are very friendly and offer advice should you need it. I initially bought a six month membership which gives unlimited access to the gym and, should you wish, join various group classes that take place during the week. In conclusion when my initial membership expires I will probably buy a 12 month one giving even better value!

Fantastic experience: The staff are friendly, patient and kind. The classes are good fun and challenging and always changing. Great value for money as all the classes are included and they offer a free coaching app to tailor your training. You are made to feel part of something and that you belong, its more than just a gym with socials and charity events that you can join in with. A real community, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend the Gym Project enough. I joined after moving to the area recently and everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. It’s such a great atmosphere in the classes and plenty of room in open gym as well. If you’re thinking about joining then you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: This is the only gym I have ever signed up to, used consistently and stuck with. All of the staff are so supportive, always around if you have a silly question and they make the classes so much fun (even if they do also make you work hard and do 1000 burpees)! The members are amazing, i’ve always felt welcome in a class and it’s such a supportive atmosphere to be in. Couldn’t recommend enough as someone who used to be so intimidated by the gym!

Fantastic experience: I have only been a member for a couple of months, and I am using my time at the gym to help me recover from prostate cancer. I can honestly say that the members of staff I have met, are extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I'd also like to add that the gym is very well equipped.

Fantastic experience: The gym project is a fantastic GYM! The staff really know their stuff, and are super friendly. So many machines and activities to choose from. I think the Subscription is really fair and offers a lot.

Fantastic experience: This is no ordinary gym. Here the focus is on the individual, and working with you to be the best you can be. So much friendliness and care from the staff, it's a mood booster before you even start. People of all age groups, with and without disabilities, are made to feel welcome. It's a huge space, so you never feel cramped or claustrophobic, there is every bit of kit imaginable, with coaches to assist if you need help or advice with something as you work through your own tailored program. It's my happy place, my sanctuary, without doubt.

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym a while ago via one of their personal trainers and I’m really impressed! The variety of equipment available caters to every fitness level, from beginner to advanced, and I've never had to wait for a machine. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always ready to help or offer guidance if needed. Their professionalism and commitment to providing a clean, welcoming environment make this gym lovely to attend. I highly recommend this place to anyone new or experienced wanting to join a friendly gym. The atmosphere is always really positive and non-judgemental :)

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of the gym project for over a year now . It has a really inclusive and friendly atmosphere. I was nervous when i first started, which soon melted away . They provided me with a full induction and a taylor made exercise plan ,and they are always on hand if im not sure how to use equipment . Classes are amazing with a real sense of fellowship and support for each other regardless of capability. If i want to work out solo i can focus and go into my own world or if i want to socialise and get involved i can . I highly recommend membership with full use of classes and the rent paddle boards for just £5 and hour . 10/10 from me .

Fantastic experience: I love going to the gym project they are always very helpful and welcoming. The staff are always around to ask questions if needed. I also really like the fact you have an app to use so if you are training on something particular or don't want to think about what to train on a day you can use it. It really takes the stress away.

Positive experience: Good gym and friendly staff with great option to have a week's membership if visiting town. It was a shame the hours on the website for holiday passes weren't up to date so I missed one session (no longer closes at 10pm).

I was so nervous going to the gym by myself and taking part in the classes, but everyone made me feel so at ease and always really keen to demonstrate the exercises if I’m not too sure what they are! Fantastic experience: A really great gym with plenty of equipment and space. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Individual training programmes are really good and updated regularly. Good choice of classes for all abilities. Plenty of parking too and the added bonus of an on-site cafe.

Training facilities outdoor & indoor, with a vast array of training equipment & floor space.Members of all ages and a balance of female / male attendees. Helpful knowledgeable friendly instructors. Various classes cater for all fitness aspects. The gym has a cafe serving delicious food and beverages.

Fantastic experience: Since joining the gym project in January, I could not be happier that I chose this gym! The gym itself is well-equipped and has a great workout space, with a fantastic range of classes which I thoroughly enjoy! The staff are friendly, welcoming and professional - they get to know you personally very quickly and always take time to chat to their members before/after classes too. I have also made friends from going to the classes and the gym itself has a real community feel - which is great and what sets this gym apart from many others I have been to in the past! Regular emails come through every so often to check in on you and your progress and there is also an offer of a personalised programme that is specifically tailored to your individual needs. I cannot recommend this gym enough! ☺️

Fantastic experience: It's early days for me but I am really enjoying my time at The Gym Project. The knowledge level of the staff, the equipment available and the tailored exercise routines make the sessions interesting and rewarding. The aircon makes exercise possible even in the hot weather.

Fantastic experience: After a 2 year gym hiatus I've been back at Gym Project for 7 weeks... completing the first program that was designed for me to get me moving safely without ruining me! I'm progressing well and enjoying it too. The gym is really well equipped, free weights,machines,KBs, bands and floor space. The owners and coaches are what really sets Gym Project apart, they are genuinely interested in the health,goals and progression of the members and regularly check in via email while also being available at any given time during your visit. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Bunch of awesome coaches, great atmosphere and a genuine desire to help people achieve their best selves in a safe and holistic way. I love the fact I am a name and not a number. Matt, Sam and the team really make me feel like a welcomed part of their community! Edit** There has been a lot of change over the past year with regards to team, but each new coach has come in with the same attitude and kindness towards the clients as the past coaches. Aaran has been fantastic and a huge support for me in training for a personal challenge earlier in the year, he even turned up on the day to show support. The Gym Project is just fantastic.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for more than 5 years. By attending classes on a regular basis I have become a lot fitter and more mobile. The instructors are amazing and are always on hand to make sure I am doing the movements correctly and to the best of my ability. I cannot talk too highly of the Gym Project.
