Fantastic experience: Couldn’t ask for better staff or facilities. The staff will push you and encourage you to achieve things you never thought you could, like for me I never thought I would do a Hyrox and I have one completed and two more booked. The gym has all the equipment to meet all your training needs and is accessible early mornings to late at night and on most holidays, and everything is extremely clean. There is no other place I would rather train than in Mecca, it’s more than a gym it’s a family!
