Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend the Hampshire Fitness Centre enough. Before relocating, I was a member for 3 years. The service from John & Chrissie was always bespoke, friendly, helpful and proactive. It made going to the gym a pleasure. The other members at the gym were equally as friendly as the team! The facilities are great, more than enough equipment to suit anyone- bodybuilding/power lifting/cardio etc. I am incredibly sad I'm unable to continue to be a member there. Although I'm still keen to come back whenever I can to use the Climbing Wall and the facilities!

Fantastic experience: Great gym with very welcoming and supportive staff. John and Chrissy are available should you have any questions but happy to leave you to your own workout if you prefer. A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. If you get your timing right you might be the only person in there, and when the doors are open, its a great view across the Hampshire countryside.

Fantastic experience: Took me from gym shy to 4 visits per week. It's a great space, with quietly supportive staff. There are no mirrors at all in the gym, and it's not the jacuzzi type of gym, but if you want a good workout in a friendly environment, you couldn't do better. The climbing wall is a bonus, and the weighted sled is good fun

Fantastic experience: Perfect gym for those that want to focus on the workout and not the mirrors. Lovely owner that has helped me with my form without asking on numerous occasions. I've recently had knee surgery and they've even devised a few exercises to help with my development. Nice friendly atmosphere. Just a great gym! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Hampshire fitness centre for a number of months and have found it to be the perfect place to workout. Both John and Chrissy are extremely friendly and offer any support you may need while in the gym. This combined with the high quality equipment leads to a great environment for exercise. My personal favourite part was installed a few weeks ago in the shape of a bouldering wall which again gives another fun way to workout! The climbing routes have been well designed by John and with him updating the wall regularly it means there will always be a new challenge

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym and staff, everyone knows you by name and far removed from the world of the commercial gyms! Offers great personal training with great results (I have been going to gyms for the last 20+ years) but the PT’s have offered practical and good advice which has Pushed me forward in my training and helped my bust through my plateau! In summary it’s a fantastic local business with a local ethos and also just gone live with a new bouldering wall with knowledgeable and passionate climbing staff too, if you want a local gym with good honest training and staff,then look no further, 5 out of 5 all day

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Friendly atmosphere and good for all levels, whether you’re a beginner or not. John is really helpful and helps with form and use of machines. Good selection of equipment and machines to help achieve any type of goal.

Fantastic experience: How lucky was I when my neighbour dragged me kicking and screaming to the Hampshire Fitness Centre! I'd been a member of gyms over the years and had been put off by unfriendly, unhelpful environments, but nothing compares to this fantastic, well-equipped gym with John and Chrissy, who are only too willing to help with their expert advice. They are both super-friendly, highly professional, fun and nothing is too much trouble for them. Thoroughly recommended and you'll be hard-pushed to find a gym with such spectacular countryside views!

Fantastic experience: The Hampshire Fitness Centre is the most welcoming gym I’ve ever been to. John and Chrissy are always there with a smile to greet you and offer advice or assistance if you need it. They also kindly allow me to bring my 6 month old daughter with me (she sits on the mat and watches me) which enables me to find time to exercise during the day. She loves it and smiles away at everyone else in there! Could not recommend the gym more.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using the gym since November when we moved to the area and I’m just glad there was a gym this good so close to home. We have the couples membership which is really good value and having John and Chrissy on site for advice is always a huge help. Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for a few months now and I have thoroughly enjoyed working out here. The equipment is always clean and well maintained, the staff are the right bend of attentive and relaxed to give a great atmosphere. The staff also have a wealth of experience that comes across when asking for advice or getting a program.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym. I've never seen a team so genuinely passionate about their members & what they do. They're always looking for ways they can improve their service and actually take on board any suggestions. Their enthusiasm really gives you that extra boost needed to smash your goals and enjoy the process. Super welcoming and friendly - no bullsh*t/egotistical environment, definitely recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: I joined the Hampshire Fitness Centre a month ago, feeling nervous and full of trepidation but keen to get started. Chrissy listened and understood my concerns and spent time explaining the equipment and created a great starting programme for me. I am always made to feel welcome when I arrive and I like the ethos of the gym that everyone exercises together and there are no scary ‘no go’ areas. The equipment is interesting and well maintained with a clear Covid safe protocol in place. I really enjoy my visits to the gym now and look forward to working towards my fitness goals surrounded and supported by this friendly and professional team.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a few gyms in the past and I can honestly say Hampshire Fitness Centre is the best one I have ever been to. The equipment is all fantastic and the environment is super friendly.

Fantastic experience: I run but was always reluctant to join a gym as thought it would be full of confusing equipment and posers! But l love it here. Very chilled and friendly. The equipment is well spaced apart and very clean. John is always on hand to offer advice but is not overbearing, and lve not seen a poser yet! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I dont actually go here, but live near and my eldest goes. He says it's a great gym, with very supportive staff. Plenty of different equipment to work out on with room for social distancing. Very clean.My son has done well with his work outs and is now on a personal plan to help him build up in the right places. Price wise I think it is actually really good value, but my son is a student so I'm not sure on prices for everyone else. Plenty of parking or if you live local a lovely country walk.

Fantastic experience: The gym is well equipped and friendly and relaxed. John is very knowledgeable and helpful but at the same time just lets you get on with your workout, but is always on hand to help - so it is a perfect balance. I always feel completely relaxed and happy to go to the gym here, with no feelings of self consciousness and as it is so spacious there are no worries of getting too close to others, which has to be a consideration at the moment with the virus.

Fantastic experience: The Hampshire Fitness Centre has been the perfect place for me to keep fit over the summer, whilst I'm home from uni. John has been really helpful with my rehab and fitness training, as he gets to know everyone that comes into his gym, making it a bit of a community. I prefer coming to this gym over the big commercial gyms, due to its more personal feel to it. Also perfect as its so close!

Fantastic experience: Started using the Gym to recover from a running injury and it’s made a huge difference to my overall health and will make me a stronger runner too. So easy to access, great location & John is always on hand for a bit of helpful advice.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the Hampshire Fitness Centre since it opened with John as my PT, John's knowledge is amazing and the results speak for themselves. The gym is lovely clean with plenty of equipment for all abilities, with the added bonus of beautiful views. I also attend kettlebells, this class is a fantastic way to get strong, keep fit and the group is so friendly. I highly recommend Hampshire Fitness Centre for anyone looking to get fit!
