Could be wishful thinking, but definitely notice an improvement in my physique from training here for 2 months. really recommend for anyone looking for a gym in Epsom

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to the Rig for almost a year. The sense of community is wonderful, I’ve had amazing time there as a client and am very sad about moving away. I made some great friends here and I’ll miss the vibe of the place There’s a range of classes and I’ve really enjoyed going to Yoga. Also there’s a lot of weightlifting equipment and I’ve never had to wait for machines. As someone who attended every local gym in Epsom including DL, Pure Gym and Anytime Fitness, I rate The Rig as the best one overall. Also, great attention to details - I really appreciate that female changing rooms have menstrual products. It’s very touching because not every place does that for femme people. Thank you so much to the Rig Team - Reece, Kav, Chantelle, James and Michelle - you’re doing some awesome work and bringing community together. ✨I will miss the gym a lot ☺️

Fantastic experience: The gym itself is amazing, great equipment, facilities and aesthetic. There is a wide range of machines to use to target every muscle group and the floor itself is very spacious. The boxing classes are also highly recommended. However, what sets this gym apart is the genuine sense of care, community and warmth from the team. From my first visit there has always been a genuine interest in my goals and what I wanted to achieve. It is clear that the team want you to feel at home, safe doing exercises and are always happy to help. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone at any level. As a beginner myself, I could not have asked for a better experience!

Fantastic experience: The Rig is an amazing gym in Epsom with a real sense of community and prestige. The staff team have been very helpful and friendly, treating my health and fitness with respect and care. A special shoutout to Reece who has been incredibly helpful and encouraging! He has provided me with a lot of clear knowledge and sound advice on my fitness/training including specialised exercises for my core and lower back. The gym itself has a wonderful variety of equipment for people at every level of their fitness journey with a dynamic variety of fitness classes to top it all off. Overall, of the few gyms I have visited over the years, this is right up there with the best of them. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone that wants the best for their health, with the added bonus of a culture of community that the staff team makes sure to inspire!

Fantastic experience: As a woman it’s incredibly important for me to feel comfortable in the gym and the environment at the rig is always a positive one with people willing to help whenever I need it. The staff, namely Kav, Reece and Chantelle have been nothing but brilliant to me and everyone else, they are building a real community and it’s great to be a part of that.

Fantastic experience: Solid gym with a great community. Been training at The Rig for a while now and as someone who’s spent a lot of time switching between gyms I can comfortably say it’s up there in my top 3. Staff are great, nice tidy and clean gym with varying equipment which is hard to find these days, everything you need for whatever style of training you’re into. As I said a solid community with varying types of people from all backgrounds training here, everyone knows everyone with a very supportive community. They also host regular community events such as powerlifting comps which is a great way for everyone to get together and share what they love doing without taking it to an extreme or professional level!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place, thanks to Reece and team for being super friendly and welcoming even though I was well out of practice at a gym. Clearly a serious gym but as a place dedicated to helping people get fit and healthy rather than who has the biggest muscles. Hope to go back soon!

Fantastic experience: Well equipped gym with a good atmosphere. Head and shoulders above the overcrowded commercial chain gyms in and around town. Daily/weekly/monthly pass options give great flexibility. I wouldn’t choose to train anywhere else in Epsom.

Fantastic experience: Just my sort of place - people focused on bettering themselves and encouraging others to do the same for themselves. Management encourages members to be respectful of others - put weights away, not hog machines, etc. a real community atmosphere!

Fantastic experience: Best gym I have ever seen. The trainers are really friendly but professional, knowledgeable, and very involved in helping their clients achieve their goals. Great variety of equipment and resources and the space is impeccably clean. They have managed to build a strong sense of community as soon as they opened which is probably the most impressive aspect.

Fantastic experience: We were fortunate enough to be able to use this gym for a week recently whilst staying in Epsom. The gym his well equipped, extremely clean & a pleasure to train in. Reece was both friendly & helpful. If you’re thinking of joining don’t hesitate to go and try it out, we only wish it was in our doorstep!

Fantastic experience: Super friendly welcome from Chantelle who made sure on our first visit we knew what and where all the equipment was. Great selection, 3 squat racks, 2 deadlift platforms and 2 benches, a huge selection of dumbbells plus machines for each body part. Changing rooms are clean and brightly lit with solid lockers (bring your own padlock). For a new gym it has all the essentials plus a couple of nice to haves, definitely has potential to grow but the most appealing part of the gym is the atmosphere. Very much similar vibe to Kings or Physique Warehouse which is definitely lacking locally. Will definitely be back in the future

Fantastic experience: I went to this gym for one week as I was overseas but I have to say it is one of if not the best gym I have been to. It had a great theme with new advanced equipment and a atmosphere perfect to bring me in the zone. The workouts were great and the staff even better! It is on the smaller size but plenty of room for all your workout needs. if you don't mind that this gym is perfect for you!
