Fantastic experience: Best thing I did is join the novo family. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The coaches are just amazing, they help you learn the basics, constantly support you and love to see you grow in the CrossFit community. I could not recommend Novo enough!

Fantastic experience: The coaches and community at Novo are brilliant!! I am brand new to CrossFit and not in the greatest shape but the coaches are amazing at scaling everything to my ability, explaining all the movements clearly, and answering my questions. The atmosphere of the classes are really supportive with everyone taking the time to encourage and cheer each other. I would recommend Novo to anyone who was looking for a welcoming place to get stronger and healthier!!

Fantastic experience: The most supportive and inclusive gym I’ve ever been to. Any ability, any age, any goal, you’re always welcomed at Novo. The coaches are very friendly and will happily find adaptations to movements if you’re struggling / have an injury etc. The coaching is always dynamic and interesting, no boring classes here! Couldn’t recommend this place more! The Novo family are so lovely

Fantastic experience: Joining Built by Novo in August 2022 has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve always been into fitness but I’ve never met a community like this! My entire outlook on training has changed for the better, I feel the fittest I’ve ever felt & I’m learning new skills each week. The coaches are brilliant, I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Fantastic experience: So happy to have found Novo when we relocated in the summer. I’ve been to a few gyms in the past but have never felt part of a gym, part of a community as I do at Novo. The coaches are fab and really want to see you improve and better yourself. The other members are so encouraging and everyone celebrates each others successes. The programming is great and although I only manage to get to train twice a week due to work and family commitments I’m seeing gains. I would 110% recommend joining Built by Novo but don’t listen to me - find out for yourself!

Fantastic experience: I’m still a newbie to CrossFit and there are exercises that are still new to me and once’s that need to be worked on. However, I am a member of the best gym for me to do that. The trainers are fantastic and easily approachable to ask questions and the other member are like family that congratulate you when you PB and spur you on to do better. Couldn’t recommend this place to anyone more if I tried

Fantastic experience: If you’re sitting on the fence wondering to take the plunge and join or not, all I can say is what are you waiting for! Novo is more than a place to workout, it’s a family. Everyone is supportive and the coaches make it their goal to ensure you know what you’re doing and if you’re ever unsure they are always on hand. I couldn’t be happier that I went out of my comfort zone to see what Novo was about!

Fantastic experience: Unbelievable gym! Honestly would recommend to anyone I speak to I'm horrendously shy, I'm not out going or confident! But Novo is so welcoming, the coaches and the community are second to none. Everyone encourages everyone, no matter what level you are fitness wise it doesn't matter, workouts can be scaled to you nothing to be scared about, only celebrated Please just give it a go if you're thinking about it, I did and never regretted it.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a community based environment to either continue or start your fitness goal, then I could never recommend built by novo enough. The variations in training, the togetherness, the overall vibe of the gym is so welcoming and inclusive and a perfect reason to start being active if ever you needed one.

Fantastic experience: Thrilled at having discovered this gym when we moved in 2020 and it has a wonderful, friendly and community based feel about it. Being probably their oldest member at 59 they have always made me feel welcome and scaled any workouts to suit my ability which made me feel included with the much younger members. They have always been accommodating and the support from the other members is second to none. I can highly recommend them, just give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: The place I call my second home!! I cannot tell you how much I love this gym, The community at our CrossFit gym is like no other I’ve experienced and I’ve made lots of friends. I was really nervous to go down on my own when I first joined but I’m so glad I did as it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Programming is amazing, coaches are fab with excellent knowledge and the atmosphere is always amazing! The programmes are for all abilities so it really is for everyone!

The classes are created for everyone to participate at their own pace with scaled options available. But the best part is the community aspect. It’s such a friendly, positive and supportive atmosphere and the coaches and members and always happy to see you succeed, reach your goals and push yourself. It’s the best place to get fit and make friends.
