Fantastic experience: Great gym. Clean, well equipped and friendly knowledgeable staff who know when you need a kick up the bum to reignite your motivation. I Love going. ( I never thought I'd still be going regularly a year after joining),the atmosphere feels non judgemental which is great.

Fantastic experience: Have belonged to other gyms and have felt useless and intimated and have wasted money on memberships not being used. But at Rebel 24, there has always been encouragement and made to feel good. As a result, I've continued having PT sessions 3 times a week and have lost over 2 stone. I am challenged and pushed but there is also understanding and help if you are injured or finding things difficult. My program has been altered to allow for osteoarthritis and as a result my knee is so much stonger and I'm no longer in pain. I am now doing exercises I never dreamt I could do. A huge thank you. Anybody wondering about joining, go for it. It's 100% worth it. ‍♀️
