From someone that's completely new to the gym/excersise world at the age of 28 I would not have dreamed of how much I love going to this gym and the people that run it. Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I’ve been to. I live in London but have had to spend quite a lot of time down in Brighton recently and this gym has been great. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I will miss it when I go back to London!

Positive experience: Very friendly staff. Good equipment, in good working order. For me, there could be more machines, but the people that use the boxing space and the calisthenics space would disagree.
Fantastic experience: I like the PT’s like Jack & Imogen & others, they helped me build up my routine, structure, discipline, and they never made me feel inadequate, they always welcome me with a smile. I like all the PTs & front of house staff, I recommended my other work colleagues in Newhaven, and I found a team to meet at the gym for a lunch time workout.

Fantastic experience: Callisthenics class and BJJ class are the ones to be. The gym is excellent, there’s something for any interest and then some (sauna too :))

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym I've been to in years. After relocating from London 2 years ago, this gym and it's amazing staff/members have always been incredibly welcoming and it has a social element that a lot of larger chain gyms don't. I was really nervous about joining a gym but this gym has such a mixture of members (ages and sizes) and everyone is made to feel welcome every time they visit by the staff. The equipment itself is great with a dedicated boxing ring/area. The spin classes are great fun too!

Fantastic experience: Just started going and I am really enjoying it. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Affordable membership on a rolling contract. Nice protein shakes available. Parking has also been really good.

Fantastic experience: Huge, well equipped gym. Great cali section with bars, paralettes, bands, boxes, etc. Good boxing ring too. Parking on site.

Positive experience: Really well equipped spacious warehouse gym with high quality equipment. Only used the once as I was visiting my parents nearby and my sister's friend works there. The monthly fees are great value. On an industrial estate with good parking. Much better than the generic gym chains you see in the London area. Could do with more cardio equipment, but otherwise very good. If I was local I would definitely be a member.
