Fantastic experience: This is a really good gym that is an absolute pleasure to go to. I would say that this is mostly due to the people that work there. They are friendly helpful and passionate. To be honest the facilities are not perfect - the equipment is great but space is limited and you need to move between buildings for varied workouts. I know that they have another gym nearby that is included in the membership but personally I enjoy training here as it is on my way home.

Fantastic experience: Great facility and friendly staff :-) I trained at PD Fitness for a few days when I was at a family party for the weekend. The equipment and facilities are fantastic and I didn't have to change my training plan at all. They even have hair straighteners... which was handy as I was camping! Staff and owner were all very helpful and welcoming, really enjoyed training there.

Positive experience: Great gym with loads of different facilities. Good selection of weights with a squat rack and a power rack. Decent cardio room with a door which opens to allow cooling airflow. Large matted area for stretching/calisthenics and knowledgeable PTs on site.
