Fantastic experience: Joined the Gym as a Family I being an unfit 49 year old and my Rugby loving 11 year old and his sister. We were made welcome from day one and are always given great encouragement from Stuart and his team. We have all benefited greatly over the last 12 weaks can't believe the progress we have all made. No judgement and very welcoming to all abilities from the new starter that might need to take a breather to the uber-fit that can flip tyres, jump boxes and lift heavy. Definitely recommended.

Has a real community feel and a wide variety of classes to suit everyone. No contracts, and PAYG options. £30 for monthly membership gets you everything you could possibly need - no hidden fees or extras to pay. A great gym environment
