Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a gym where you are listened to and any requests for new equipment are taken seriously and acted upon, My Gym is the place for you. Roger is a top bloke with incredible knowledge and is always looking for ways to be better. 2 weeks after joining My Gym I spoke to Roger about a piece of equipment that would seriously aid my training. 2 weeks after that conversation that piece of equipment was on the gym floor ready to use. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. Great value for money, great atmosphere, great owner

Fantastic experience: Have found Mygym to be one of the best gyms that I have ever been to . The amount of equipment is amazing. It has everything that you could need for whatever your goals in fitness or weight training are. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. They actually care about you and are always available to give you help and advice. The owner is very enthusiastic and is always seeking of ways to approve the place, which I must say really is already the best gym around by miles !!

Fantastic experience: I use to train in this gym with my mrs when it was being run by the previous owners. I felt that it wasn't all that great back then, it seemed to be run down alot and not really a great deal of care being put into the place. So I we changed gyms. In the new year I returned one day and I can tell you now it's by far the best place to train in Salisbury roger has taken this gym and turned it into something special. Upgrading the machines given the gym the love it needs and most of his time a dedication to all its users. I would recommend mygym to anyone who wants to be not just part of a gym ... but a family . Fantastic experience: Since the quite recent new ownership of this place it has gone from strength to strength (excuse the pun) . If you are serious gym rat then this is the gym for you. Quality strength/muscle building machines have been added and keep coming. Friendly and extremely helpful staff, you are not a simply a number here, you are part of the mygym extended family.

Fantastic experience: Always been very worried to enter a gym with zero knowledge on how to use a single item of equipment but was greeted with amazing staff who talked / showed and helped me through everything ! This place has helped me overcome more than just getting in shape and staying fit ! can’t recommend enough to everyone.

Negative experience: This is a great little independent gym! Great equipment. However I've had an issue with a staff member who spoke to me in a way that was unneeded and uncalled for.

Fantastic experience: i recently started going here on a regular basis all the staff are helpful and knowledgeable about their field, i used to go to five rivers gym and this was not nearly the case my gym is by far the superior gym in my eyes

Fantastic experience: This is a great little gym. There is plenty of equipment to go around and other than between 5pm-7pm it is usually very quiet. Mark and his small team are all very friendly, and it helps that you see him and the team using the equipment themselves on a regular basis. My only minor grumble is not the fault of the gym, rather that a lot of people that use the cardio equipment get sweaty all over it and don't wipe it up afterwards.

Fantastic experience: Easily the most affordable in the area. It's very well equipped. As a tennis player and middle distance runner I only use it for weight training but the gym hosts virtually the a to z of fitness activities. From experience I can recommend fight club which is fantastic for conditioning and free to members. And you don't have to be into boxing or be a bloke to benefit from it. There's also parking 2 mins away at Culver Street Car park which is free after 3 pm as well as Sundays and Bank Holidays. Been there for about 4 years and thus far there is nowhere better.

Fantastic experience: Staff are awesome. Has everything you need. Avoid going between 17:00-19:00 because gets fairly crowded. Other than that, it's great!
