Fantastic experience: My sessions (Thai Kickboxing + PT) with Tom were always very worthwhile. He focussed a lot on building strong fundamentals (with proper form, posture, and pre/post-workout stretching etc.) which has laid a good foundation for me to build on. He always also understood my needs & goals by making effective adjustments to my workout plan and sessions which have helped me achieve more than I could imagine. Highly recommend Tom to anyone - whichever stage you’re at on your fitness journey!
Fantastic experience: Excellent experience, I did 3 month with Tom and his atention to detail and knowledge has been always top. Help me to improve on the basic and learn other ways of training to achieve my personal objectives. Totally recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great first experience kickboxing with Tom. I went with my partner whose done kickboxing for years. He managed to teach us simultaneously at different paces and we both walked away having learnt something. Good value, great workout, lots of fun.
Fantastic experience: I have been going to the fantastic group kickboxing fitness classes for a few years. I often struggle to stay engaged with other classes because they become repetitive. These sessions, however, are fun and different ever week and because I am learning a new skill I want to continue to learn and improve. I find that I look forward to my next class, rather than wishing for a night in. The classes themselves are great for beginners and for people with fighting experience. This is also a fantastic full body workout that will get you dripping in sweat and building strength. Give it a go! Thank you Tom and Dom.

Finding good personal trainers are hard but not impossible and we hope you will find another great group and service as ours! Fantastic experience: Excellent PT and kickboxing with Pro Tom Fitness I have been training with Tom for around 1 year now, with a mix of kickboxing lessons, group PT and strength training PT. He is highly knowledgeable, with a focus on core and functional strength and proper form along with high calorie burning and strength building, utilising either HIIT, martial arts exercises and traditional strength exercises as well as a range of other techniques you won't find in a 'normal gym' (medicine ball training for example). I found Tom's workouts unique and they always kept me motivated. He genuinely cares about his clients and is very focused on proper form so a great person to see if you have ever had an injury. Highly recommend Tom at Pro Tom Fitness.

Fantastic experience: I have attended ProTom Kickboxing sessions since the beginning of this year and also in 2015. The sessions are great, professionally run and a strong level of support from the trainers. I would recommend the sessions to beginners and more experienced kickboxers. Thanks.
Fantastic experience: Having studied martial arts several years ago, I knew I wanted to continue my training after moving to Bristol. ProTom’s Quickboxing is perfect for me as they focus on technique and fitness without being a club. By keeping the sessions to small numbers the trainers are able to give 1 to 1 training, which is something I have not experienced before and helps to motivate me. I really enjoy Tom’s classes and the high that I leave with each session!
Fantastic experience: I have completely grown to love Kickboxing with ProTom fitness since I had my first class over a year ago, without any prior experience. I am not usually a fan of group sessions but I love the way you really get to learn a new skill and all sorts of techniques, while getting a good amount of one to one training as well as partner work each time. For fitness the kickboxing classes are amazing for pushing yourself, while focusing on proper technique I work so much harder and never fail to work up an impressive sweat without even realizing, as well as a variety of high intensity or tabata exercises thrown in there to mix it up. Great knowledgeable trainers! I always leave on a high!
and there are no side effects :) I have to say you become so strong and this is not only from the Kickboxing but or the lifting and training you do aside. We still need to work on flexibility and the tempo regarding the combination of the punches and kicks, but when I clinch up with you, WOW you are a strong woman. Fantastic experience: I've been training with ProTom Fitness now for just over a year and I love it. When I started out, I was looking to learn a new skill, get fit and lose weight and the ProTom kickboxing classes looked like they could provide the perfect combination. Before I joined I was nervous as I hadn't done any regular exercise in years and I was worried that I wouldn't be fit enough, but right from my first session I was hooked. Tom has created an environment where you can have fun, get fit and learn a new discipline at your own pace.
Fantastic experience: Having enjoyed Kickboxing and Muay Thai classes at University I decided to look for something similar when I moved to the Bristol area. I found Quickboxing with Protom Fitness and have thoroughly enjoyed every minute! I would describe the classes as kickboxing fitness classes which include elements of Thai boxing, especially knees! The trainers (Tom, Dom and Peter) cater for every ability and the classes are challenging for everybody, they make you work hard but are always keen to teach and reinforce correct technique and I find this keeps me mentally as well as physically engaged. If you are looking to get a good sweat on whilst learning new skills (or honing the skills you already have!) I would highly recommend Quickboxing with ProTom Fitness.
Positive experience: Protom Fitness - Challenging but fun classes in a friendly atmosphere. The quickboxing class is great if you're looking to get out of the gym and try something a little different and more challenging. The team are enthusiastic, approachable and supportive. They know most clients by name which creates a friendly atmosphere. They also have a good knowledge of each persons fitness level and can often tailor specific exercise routines to that person in order to challenge them fully. There's a broad range of people attending the class with varying fitness levels so anyone should feel comfortable coming along. Although this is a kickboxing related class, it's focus is on fitness, cardio and conditioning. No kickboxing or martial arts experience is needed. This is a light contact class and equipment (gloves etc) are provided. After spending years in the boring gym and just exercising for the sake of exercising, this is a great antidote. The kickboxing aspect is very mental stimulating and I definitely feel as though i'm learning something aswell.
Fantastic experience: I really enjoy kickboxing classes with Tom and the team. I've tried countless types of exercise and exercise classes and this is the first thing I've found that I haven't got bored of after a few weeks! Every class is different so you feel like you are always learning something new and improving. The classes are also a great stress-reliever - it requires a lot of concentration so there is no time to think about anything else! I'd never done anything like this before but found that there were lots of others who also started as beginners. I'm really glad that I decided to give it a go.

Fantastic experience: I first started kickboxing with Tom and the team in Bristol as I had done ‘cardio kick’ classes when studying in Leicester and really enjoyed it. However, I soon learned with Tom and Dom the skill involved in 'proper' kickboxing; getting the punches and kicks right as well as the mind power needed to learn the techniques correctly and put into sequences. It was at this point I realised I really had a mind block when it came to my left and right! However, I really enjoy the fact that this form of exercise is not just about getting fitter and more toned; it is also a great skill to learn which focuses the mind purely ‘in the moment’ on something physical. This is great for me when a large proportion of my week involves sitting and studying. I really enjoy the challenge of the Quickboxing sessions as they push you to your limits. This form of exercise tones up your whole body; your arms, core and legs are all areas of focus through the HIIT aspects of the sessions and the kicking and punching combinations. I feel that adding Quickboxing to my exercise regime, which mainly consists of running, has improved my fitness and added interest and variety to keeping fit and staying healthy. The team are committed to helping improve your technique and fitness and make sure you work hard for your goals. They also give you the opportunity to spar if you feel up to the challenge and certainly don’t hold back too much! Other clients that go to Quickboxing classes are also really lovely and I’ve really enjoyed learning sequences and techniques with such supportive friendly people. I recommend Quickboxing to anyone looking for a new and interesting way to get fit and those who enjoy challenging themselves. Thanks team!
Fantastic experience: I've really enjoyed the kickboxing classes here. I came in as a beginner and could see improvement quite quickly. The teachers are very good at getting me to push myself and try new things. Great instructors and great price. Plus, it's a wonderful way to relieve stress at the end of the day!
Fantastic experience: When one of my friends first suggested taking kickboxing classes after work in Bristol, I was sceptical. I hadn't exercised properly for ages and I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Now, 9 months later, I can't imagine not getting my regular dose of kickboxing with Protom Fitness. The mix of high intensity interval training, kickboxing combinations and one on ones with instructors Tom, Dom and/or Peter in the group classes make for a great, intense and fun workout which is much more interesting than a trip to the gym. The personal training and focus on improvement and learning new things keeps me coming back for more. Not only is it brilliant stress relief but I feel like I've achieved something each session and I've made some good friends with regulars at the classes too.
I think you did improve so much in terms of Kickboxing and Thai Boxing technique! It is amazing to see if someone does't give up and pushing forward like you, anything can be achieved regarding fitness goals or lifestyle! I think now you have a pretty good addiction and I have to say it is pleasure to train you on our Kickboxing classes or doing Personal Training with you!
