Fantastic experience: Doms gym is not like any other gym I’ve been to. As soon as you go everyone is warm and friendly. I’ve been going here 4 years, and it is like a big family. There are no ego maniacs, everyone Is there for the same reason, and dom will get the best out of you, whether You want to lose weight, gain muscle, run a marathon or climb kilimanjaro.

Fantastic experience: Never thought I would be attending a gym but after a heart attack re-hab suggested it as a good way to improve general fitness and muscle tone. Dom supervises appropriate exercises as well as diet.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Doms Gym for almost five years. Dom has helped me get into the shape I wanted to be in when I moved to the UK. He also trained me through one pregnancy and I’m currently training now again through another pregnancy. Dom helped me get back in shape in three months from the first pregnancy here’s hoping it will be the same with this one. The people who go to the gym are really friendly. I wouldn’t go to any other gym. You can always have a laugh with the other gym members and wind Dom up from time to time. Overall this is a great friendly gym and I would highly recommend it to all .

Fantastic experience: Doms Gym saved my life....Initially lost 9st, 4 years later I’m still here maintaining the loss with the help and knowledge of Dom and his training techniques and nutritional advise there’s no place I’d rather be, In true there’s no other place that will or has ever worked for me other than here.

Fantastic experience: Best Gym in the area In the past I’ve been a member of many gyms in and around the herts/Beds area and this is by far the best. I’ve been a member now for three years and I’m far exceeding my goals. With Dom the owner Being a power lifter himself he is very knowledgeable about training and is alway at hand to help you get the best out of each session. The gym boasts a very good mix of people who all have their own gym goals. Everyone’s polite and talks to each other so you’ll always feel welcome and enjoy each session. I recommend the PT sessions for best results

Fantastic experience: I have been using Dom's private Gym for over 3 years. I have no hesitation in recommending Dom. He not only trains people to be fit he also looks after your wellbeing with plenty of advice on diet. The gym has everything you need, it is not crowded and the people (of all ages) are very friendly. I have used the big public gyms but never got a great deal from it, I would rather use a smaller local private gym. Try it! Give it a go!
