Chinnor Gym

Positive experience: Been going for a long time with different owners, who have delivered very enjoyable sessions. Being an avid gym goer for decades, I have to say, this is a fun, enjoyable, social gym, yet still able to challenge even the likes of me! The gym caters for everyone, the beginners, the shy and the confident.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. It has all the equipment one needs for a great workout, plus the people who run it (Rori and Andy) are very welcoming, friendly and motivating. They've also got a wealth of knowledge suitable for every every (adult) age, too. I go three times a week and that is unheard of for me, but I've been doing it for months and no plans to stop. There's a great atmosphere and it's a joy to go.

Fantastic experience: Chinnor gym has the most warming friendly atmosphere. I am always encouraged to achieve my best on all activities and shown the correct way to use the equipment to achieve this. From the warm up to using the dumbbells, lifting weights and other equipment, also being shown how to stretch the muscles out at the end of a session . I joined 10 months ago and it is the best decision I have ever made to improve my fitness and wellbeing. As everyone is so supportive. I leave feeling happy after a session.

Fantastic experience: Amazing and perfectly run by kindhearted professional non-judgemental people. Compared to some others gyms. They have amazing facilities and great chilled atmosphere to go into and do an accurate exercise program.

Positive experience: Very impressed from my first visit how much time the owner spent with me introducing the equipment and developing an exercise program. Although it is small it’s much bigger inside than it looks from the outside and has all the equipment l need.
