Fantastic experience: Really nice box, great coaches, really friendly people and great set up. I’m over on a course from Jersey and having sat in a classroom all day I was totally unmotivated.... until I got there. You got me to pull my finger out and dig deeper. Really fun WOD. Highly recommend a visit if you’re passing I’ll definately be back. Thanks for having me guys!

Fantastic experience: Great Box! Very friendly and professional Coach. I Drop In there last week and i really enjoy the training session, very professional and friendly. I wish i could have another WOD with Adam and the other guys but my legs where on fire the day before :). For sure i'll be back soon. highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I went to crossfit Aldgate east for a drop in when I was on a short trip in London. Had an awesome morning session with Craig as a trainer and would highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area! Great box with great people :)
