Fantastic experience: A particularly life changing experience in that my life was technically moving forward as I spend my time in this gym. I am a humble (and handsome) martial artist and I’m not a bad kicker might I say, so the punching bags there are the main reason I regularly enter this gym and those punching bags are so heavy as I kicked them it almost felt as though I was along for the ride as I kicked this oh so beautiful punching bag. Woe be unto thee who underestimates just how much time you will spend in this gym.

Fantastic experience: a huge thank you to Chris. Chris welcomed me to energie in such a calm and considerate way after I told him on Monday last week I tried to go to the gym at Clydebank with my bf, and left after 3 minutes, crying in my car at how overwhelmed and awkward I felt. It was really distressing. I didn't think I was going to manage to complete or even start the program I was on. After explaining this to Chris having pushed myself to just try again and try energie on the Wednesday, Chris was so open and understanding. I've told so many people about how positive an experience I had, and how by Chris simply taking a deep breathe with me and asking "ok, are you ready?" Before taking me through the gate just gave me that wee moment to inhale and go ok, let's do this! It really meant so much! Chris showed me round the gym and especially areas that I could work out quietly if I needed to myself, like the studio of there are no classes on, and the yard area. He checked in with me a couple of times throughout my first session and made me feel safe and like I belonged there with everyone else. Since then, I've been twice, and felt so comfortable and confident to walk around and do my thing and I really do feel this was down to Chris's caring, soft approach! I am so grateful that he walked with me and just helped me get over that first hurdle!

Negative experience: terrible membership policy and too small for the amount of members therefore always busy.

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym! I was working here for a short period and used this place for a week which was only £15. Best deal ever Loads of equipment, friendly staff who are very approachable, clean and tidy and wasn't too busy. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be coming back

Fantastic experience: Very nice and tidy with attention to health safety (Covid 19) High quality gym with all necessary equipment for good training. I'm very pleased. Gym team is helpful and kind. Fantastic offer of fresh juices on reception and sport supplement. No contact with reasonable price.

Positive experience: First impressions are - the size of the gym and apparatus available is impressive. The staff and owners are very polite and professional. They give a warm welcome to their customers on every visit. Staff will attend to all your needs, ie make sure you know the operations of the machines and help you navigate the surroundings. Personall training is available at the gym so you're comfortable with your training schedules. H&S - as far as Covid 19 goes there is plenty of hand sanitizers, social distance and you are encouraged to wipe down apparatus when finished your work out. Worth noting: I wouldn't join a gym if I thought that H&S was in any way compromised but that isn't the case here they have clearly did their best to make it a safe environment where you can spend an hour or so working out with confidence. Fantastic experience: Been a member since opening day this gym has been spot on and even more so through the pandemic ….very clean and staff constantly wiping down machines as well as all members …..equipment is all there that anyone needs no matter what level of fitness and staff are very helpful and approachable to ask anything and gym has a very happy atmosphere ….and now that the sauna and steam rooms are open again I'm loving it even more after a couple hours in gym its exactly whats needed

Fantastic experience: Really good High Street gym with really good variety of of machines and loose weights. The gym is always very clean and the equipment well maintained and it is never that busy so it's never a problem to use the equipment that you want to use. It has a small steam room and sauna and showers are available if required.

Fantastic experience: Great gym been a member since it opened. Great choice of equipment if you want to just come and do your own work out. Classes are superb plenty to choose from so something for everyone. Fitness instructors are top class they help push you but classes are fun. Special mention to Sarah, Nadia and Bob for their classes. And when you have finished grab a nice fresh juice at the juice bar.

Fantastic experience: Between great facilities, the fact that they really push you in classes and just a good general atmosphere this is something that Dumbarton has been severely lacking!

The classes have all been great especially énergie dance fit with Stacie which is great fun and gets you sweating while having fun and the body tone class with Nadia is great aswell. Defo worth a visit to the gym to get fit. Thanks guys.
