Fantastic experience: Great place for our 9 tear old, she absolutely loves it!

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently joined Hi-Energy gym for their 12 week transformation programme. I’m half way through and a stone in weight down. The classes and PT sessions are tailored to the needs of the ladies on the programme and I do feel supported on my weight loss and health improvement journey. I would highly recommend it if anyone was thinking of giving it a go.

Fantastic experience: Hi Energy is a fab place to work out. It's clean and tidy and all staff members are friendly and approachable. I'm currently in the middle of the 12 week transformation and I'm finding it challenging but in a really positive way, Maisy is an excellent PT, she encourages and pushes you to be able to get the results you never thought you'd be able to do, in turn building your confidence in the gym. I can't fault any of the staff members, all are lovely. Highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Hi Energy is very welcoming. The Gym is soo clean and organised. Machines are new and they all work! The app is fantastic, it’s a a great way to motivate the ladies. You’ll never feel out of place regardless of your age or race. Even during my pregnancy I was given that extra support. Their classes are amazing too! They literally have every class you could think of.

Especially spin class. I’ve never pushed myself so hard! I’ve been to many gyms in my life but since having my little girl 18 months ago I needed more push than ever! I felt so welcome ever since the first day I stepped foot in this gym. I’d massively recommend for anyone looking to get in shape or just to meet new people in the same boat as you. I’d give it higher stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: All the girls are so welcoming and make you feel very comfortable nothing is too much for them. Always have time to show you and help you on the machines. Love that you get a joining session where they set you up your own workout plan. Would recommend high energy to everyone

The owner prides herself in providing the best for her members, always listening to what members want! Every one is friendly and helpful and women from all backgrounds are welcomed by everyone!

Im getting married this June so eventually had the courage to sign up and thought a ladies only gym would be less anxious. How i wish i did this sooner!! The place is super clean and the staff are absolutely amazing. If you ever need any help someone is always super happy to help show how machines work if you’re forgetful like me. Honestly need 100 stars!

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym about 7 weeks ago and loving it. The classes are amazing, last 30 mins each which I feel is better than 60 min classes. There are a variety of classes with different trainers. The gym itself has a selection of excellent top quality machines. The gym is never too busy to get on equipment and is always spotlessly clean. When I joined I received an induction and a programme was put together and put on the app. The app is easy to use and quick to book onto classes. The gym staff and clients are extremely friendly and supportive, I feel part of a community where women are empowered to achieve their fitness potential.

The 12 week transformation programme is a must if you need to make some big changes and includes 1:1 PT sessions, dedicated classes, advice, guidance and support. There’s a huge selection of classes to get involved in and most of all being a women’s only gym the atmosphere is friendly, inviting and supportive. Deserves 10 stars!

Fantastic experience: Great gym lots of classes to choose from. Currently in the 12 week transformation and loving the PT Sessions.

Negative experience: Very disorganised and rude, when you pay for a service especially when is more expensive for being female only, misleading and only one person can deal with a situation and give information who will contact you when their available, no one else can give you proper information, not to interested in their customer service. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Hi Energy for over 10 years and I absolutely love it. The team are lovely, supportive and knowledgeable. The equipment is modern and challenging and I highly recommend Hi Energy if you are looking for a gym or classes. I love spin, pilates, body pump and kettlebells but there are many more classes and a timetable to suit every one.
