Fantastic experience: Wish I’d joined sooner! Had been coming to Strongman Saturday sessions for around 6 months and finally decided to join as a full member. Never have I felt so welcomed by a gym, all staff and members are helpful and full of encouragement, willing you to succeed!

The staff are all super friendly and helpful and the equipment is top notch. It’s not just a gym but a family of super strong freaks of nature. Couldn’t imagine training anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: To date it’s been just over a year since a friend of mine introduced me to TSG. I’ve lived in Sheffield for long enough to try ‘em all - puregym, Nuffield health, JD & thegym etc. nothing comes close. From members to staff it’s a total community. I can’t speak highly enough of Phil, Jarka, Pearce & Aiden real top people who’ll know you as a person instead of a customer, such a perfect balance between training and socialising. Never a bad vibe and the best gym I’ve had the fortune of being apart of. A real Sheffield gem. Cheers to you all!

Fantastic experience: No matter what you want to train, from strong man, body building, fitness or just want to come somewhere that feels like a family this is the place. Pierce, Aden, jarka and phil are always there to make sure everyone has the personal connection that commercial gyms lack. I’ve never been to a gym where everyone is willing to help no matter what your training, everyone will say hi no matter how nervous you are about joining a new gym. I’ve found this to be my safe place and I only wish I had found it sooner thank you guys you all do an amazing job and I’m honoured to have made some amazing friends there

Fantastic experience: Starting my gym journey at titanium was a daunting prospect and first for a fat lad who just wanted to get fit but those doubts had soon disappeared minutes into my first session. I've never known anywhere, especially a gym to be so welcoming, warm, friendly and most importantly supportive. Every session I want to work harder for myself and this motivation comes from the staff and the gym goers around me. It's a pleasure to be apart of this gym and I don't see myself ever leaving.

Fantastic experience: After struggling to find a gym that takes training seriously in Sheffield i finally found TSG on Instagram. I have been a member of TSG for over 2 years now and have never experienced a gym with the same community and atmosphere. Anyone wanting to take their training seriously look no further, a true highlight of the gym is the amazing staff. Fantastic experience: I joined Titanium Strength Gym back in April after struggling for many years to train correctly and find that gym that had everything you need: Equipment, Cleanliness, A buzzing atmosphere and very importantly knowledgeable, helpful and very approachable staff.. Man this gym has it all! Since training here I feel the best I have felt in a very very long time. I get up in a morning, diet is brilliant and the gym work outs with the atmosphere there, just make you train hard and good. Honestly, you will not be disappointed! Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic gym. Everyone is really friendly and supportive. No matter what your goals there is someone who can help. As a women weight lifting, I feel safe in this gym. I know no one is judging me and there is not a toxic gym culture like you get in other gyms. Oh, and don’t forget the incredible selection of some of the finest gym equipment.

The staff are great, the musics sick, mint little shop for drinks snacks supplements etc, and just the all round vibes are 5 star, would definitely recommend over one of the big chain gyms.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for nearly a year now and have never had a negative experience here, Phil the owner has been incredibly welcoming to myself and anyone I bring along and will always stop to chat and make you feel at home. As a member of the University of Sheffield strength sports club the gym has been especially amazing for me, taking feedback and even purchasing state of the art powerlifting equipment. They have even run special strongman sessions for those of us at the club, going out of there way to give everyone an amazing experience and build a strong sense of community at the gym.

Fantastic experience: I joined here back in july after my old gym closed. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel really welcome.My first training session and everybody were so helpful and friendly always ready to give advice.I really look forward to finishing work and getting in there for a session to clear the mind as well as strengthen the body.

Fantastic experience: Recently joined this gym and must admit, I went with quite a bit of reluctance, as my goal is more around weight loss rather than weight lifting, so I didn't expect much enjoyment, but wow, was I pretty pleasantly surprised!! With all pandemic and working from home, I find most people craving the social interactions whilst also becoming a bit socially awkward, at least in my case... but this place has such a relaxed atmosphere that makes the norm nowa disappear. I decided to try this for a month and started with a 1to1 session with Aiden. He was absolutely spot on with my expectations, made me feel like I was truly listened, he paid attention to all my needs and health issues and personalised that workout session to perfection. Really enjoyable session and more to come. On my second day there I chose to do the workout by myself, but with my lack of experience on those types of machines, I felt pretty overwhelmed and disappointed, but surprisingly, Phil, the owner quickly identified my panicked face and came to my rescue. After having a bit of a conversation related to my expectations, he quickly built a plan for me, that I have started to follow and has been really good and enjoyable. He has an awesome energy and builds great rapport with everyone entering his gym. You can tell how much he loves what he does! It's rare and awesome to have this human touch and feeling of belonging to something, so I can nothing but truly recommend this place, if you are not after just a regular workout with your headphones on, and get back home with a straight face.. As I've heard it being said there: ' Normal isboring'. So now, I am changing my 'normal' and I've started with this place☺️

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym for male and female strength and conditioning. Relaxed but don't go aiming to spend an hour sitting on an exercise bike or running on a treadmill. There are a few aerobic machines but it's mainly levers, weights and pulleys.

Fantastic experience: TSG is a great place to train. Phil and Pierce are always ready to offer you a warm welcome and seriously know their trade. The atmosphere is friendly and light hearted. The equipment is great, and for all intents and purposes, if they dont have it, you probably don't need it. I have been to a few decent commercial gyms around Sheffield and this independent gym beats them hands down. That's not to say the others aren't good but this is a top choice for anyone serious about Strongman, powerlifting, strength training, overall fitness and conditioning.

Love this place, the kit is awesome, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable (Phil the owner can't be beaten for his tips and tricks for all things strongman) and the customers are brilliant. Dont be put off by the size, I have been here 2 years and can count on one hand the amount of times I have had to wait 10 mins to get on equipment. Negative experience: Music in the gym is not Muslim friendly ‘born in the USA’ is not appropriate for me. Steroids reasonabley priced hence the two star review. Overheard a conversation in regards to a bear vs a shark in a fight... Had to walk straight out.

Fantastic experience: MY DAD WORKS HERE!!! Also people from this gym do major competitions (like my dad) Don't feel like you need to be strong to go, you become strong when you're there!

Fantastic experience: This is not a commercial gym but it is still brilliant gym to challenge and push you to your goals. The staff/owners are always willing to help and are very knowledgeable. Overall the gym has a very welcoming atmosphere alongside members that are friendly and are just as enthusiastic as the owners which really help to push you to your goal. Even if you're a first timer you will be treated as an equal and people will want to see you succeed. There's a lot of equipment on hand based on strongman training i.e. atlas stones, farmers walk, car lifts, viking press, log press and also catering for powerlifters with Olympic weights and dedicated equipment. The gym also has standard equipment such as benches, squatting platforms, deadlift platforms free weights and plenty of machines. At reception you can buy all the supplements you need as well as mech. It's very affordable especially if you buy a months membership and is open every day. The Facebook page will have all the information you'll need.
