Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Ophelia's burlesque and Coco's twerk classes that I have been attending for over a year now. I had no prior dance experience. Neither the skills so it was a challenge for me to start. Both Ophelia and Coco didn't let me give up and motivated me to continue. They show the moves individually if they see you struggling. Their classes are also fun!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Claires level 1 beginners classes. I attend most weeks and I thoroughly enjoy it. Claire is an amazing teacher, she's very encouraging, empowering and so much fun! Never a dull moment in Claires class.

Fantastic experience: A truly brilliant experience. We were so well looked after for our hen party of 10. The whole thing was taught amazingly, none of us could hula hoop and all of us mastered it (to some extent) by the end. Everyone said how much fun they had and it was a great way to kick off the days celebrations and break the ice. Can't believe we even managed a routine by the end. Highly recommend it. The teacher was lovely too and super chilled.

Fantastic experience: Lovely community of supportive friendly people. I have only done aerial hoop, aerial yoga, flex and some workshops but each of the teachers is fantastic. I’ve been taught by them all over the years I’ve been going. It’s great to see new faces and be able to encourage people who are newer to classes to step out of their comfort zone a bit

Fantastic experience: I did my first very pole class with them and it was an absolute blast! The room is nice and dimly lit - bright enough that you see everything you need, but also dark enough to not feel self conscious about your look in there. Not that you need to, as staff and people attending were absolutely outstanding in terms of the welcome, understanding, help and guidance, absolutely amazing! Will definitely come back for more, as it was a great and fun workout, and clearly defined some near term goals for my fitness! The only note to leave is that there's no changing room and the space in the studio is limited, so it's best to bring your pole outfit underneath your clothes for easy undressing and then dressing back on.

Fantastic experience: Such an awesome place! I’ve been taking slink and shake with Coco and have really fallen in love with pink kitten! The atmosphere is inviting and fun. She’s inclusive always askin if anyone has injuries or needs assistance or will come and help me/others when stuck on moves. We have a few laughs, we learn a lot, and have so much fun. I really love coming here and can’t wait to learn more. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: I've tried a few different classes with Pink Kitten, and have enjoyed them all but decided to stick with pole. I have particularly found Seah a great instructor- she is really friendly, clear in teaching and has a way of making everyone feel comfortable. At times I've been nervous to attend classes but that's gone quite quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Pink Kitten enough! I came to my first pole class having not done any regular exercise in a very long time. I was really nervous but the teachers put me at ease. There is a real sense of community and everyone is so supportive. I look forward to my classes when I'm not in them and I have a great time every time I go to the studio. There is a huge variety of classes and plenty of teachers with different teaching styles so there is something for everyone. If you are unsure about whether to visit please do give it a try!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming for 3 months now and I am just so in love with PK. The instructors are so welcoming and it feels like they’re invested in your progress which is so lovely. They are also so encouraging and believe in me more than I do myself sometimes, I don’t even get to finish my sentence saying I can’t before they tell me I can . I love the fun and chilled atmosphere, the other dancers are so friendly and supportive. There’s so many classes and instructors there’s definitely something for everyone. I feel like I’ve gained so much self confidence since I’ve started, I wouldn’t dance in my pants anywhere else ❤️

Fantastic experience: I attend burlesque classes on Tuesdays and I've got to say in the few sessions I've done, I've developed a new love for my body and femininity. Ophelia took time with me to nourish my self-image and she is so welcoming and enthusiastic. It's truly a safe space and I adore being there. The emphasis on enjoyment was the real seller to me as I struggle to pursue hobbies and self love activities. PK allows me to do this! <3 xxxxxx

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love my classes at PK. I started coming here a bit over a year ago with no fitness background and the awesome instructors have helped me gain so much strength and self-belief and I’m now so confident in the air!! I mainly do aerial hoop but PK is so welcoming and like a family so you always feel supported to try out new things and challenge yourself. They’re also great at focusing on individual needs within the class environment. I love the emphasis on body positivity, inclusivity and having fun. Had no experience in dance before I started so was very nervous but all the instructors put you at ease .I had little confidence in my body or my abilities before I started lessons here but now I feel like a different person. Fantastic experience: I’ve only recently come back to doing pole after a long break as I didn’t feel settled in the classes I used to go to at a different venue in Bristol. I found Pink Kitten and now going to their classes are the highlight of my week. Everyone is lovely, supportive and kind. The teachers are ace and build a great relationship with you, it’s feels like your family. I love it. No other place would I wanna go and dance in my pants and learn some wicked tricks

Fantastic experience: I love this place it’s really chilled with amazing instructors who are all super helpful. The classes vary so you can have a chance to do a few. I started with pole then a dance class and flexibility. I attended on my own and have meet some great people through Pink kitten. It is definitely more like a family litter of kittens.

Fantastic experience: I took my first class last thursday with Tuesday Laveau and it was just what I needed for my mind, body, and soul! She creates such a great atmosphere even through a screen! I learned new ways of stretching and the whole session motivated me to keep moving my body and set a goal of being more flexible! All this pump in one session xD Will definitely come back! Also the website is very informative and easy to navigate<3 I sent a last minute message to the school to ask how to sign up for the class and they answered very fast and were attentive in case I needed further help. Fantastic experience: My home from home <3 Offering aerial, pole, hoop, silks, hammock, flexibility and amazing workshops, they now have over 3 studios to teach in! Go for one class and you will be hooked, everyone is so friendly and supportive, you'll be taking part in their regular shows before you know it! The teachers are amazing, and EVERYONE is completely welcomed without judgement or image. Doesn't matter who you are or how you identify, everyone can be a pink kitten!

Fantastic experience: I learnt how to pole dance at Pink Kitten around 6 years ago. Since then I've moved to several different studios around the UK and no where can compete. They have excellent teachers, amazing equipment and a super supportive community who encourage eachother without any biases or judgements. They've also been extremely safe throughout covid and have taken their responsibility seriously. You'd be more likely to catch covid in the jam packed supermarket where everyone's forgotten how to socially distance than you would in this clean and respectful studio!!

Due to the new covid rules the team have worked really hard to make sure you feel safe with each studio having a place and wash and gel you hands and also the one system around the studio!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Pink Kitten since January and was so sad when the studio had to shut during lockdown as I love coming to classes hereI was so excited to come back when the studio was able to re open, I have been attending for about a month since they re-opened and I have definetely felt safe coming back in. I have mostly bee coming to pole classes, they have a one way system in place around the studio so you aren't crossing each others paths and one pole per person with cleaning materials for you to use on it throughout the session. There is hand sanitiser on entry and hand washing facilities available too! They have done everything they can to make the studio as safe as possible and most importantly, the lessons are still fun and taught by great teachers! It's a great, supportive environment where I can.be myself! Can't wait for my next class!

Fantastic experience: This school offers high quality classes, great teachers and very friendly environment. It feels very safe. All safety measurements were taken pre and post-lockdown. It is perfectly organised to keep the social distance, wash your hands before and after the classes and clean the equipment for next students. Thank you girls xx

Fantastic experience: I've been going to classes with Pink Kitten for the last three years and absolutely love it! The teachers are supportive and work to create a kind and inclusive environment which celebrates all body types and ability levels. I have just begun reattending classes following the peak of the Covid 19 pandemic and have been impressed with the measures taken. Class sizes have been reduced, a one way system implemented and the studio is deep cleaned before and after every class. I would recommend Pink Kitten to anyone who is keen to try something new, get fitter and learn to celebrate their body.

Negative experience: I'm now back in Bristol and was looking for some classes to do and it reminded me of how uncomfortable I was, so I had no idea how to get in as there were no signs. The pole class was fun. The hoop class however was the most uncomfortable aerial lesson ever, I actually missed the warm up because the bus didn't show up so shouldn't have been let in. Tape was falling of the hoops. At one point the instructor had her back to a student who looked very nervous in a back star, I wanted to run over and spot but didn't want to get into trouble. The instructor made me feel a bit uneasy and practically laughed/looked at me as if I was stupid when I stepped on the mat and almost slid over because of the varnished floor.

Fantastic experience: Great night out, with some fantastic performances from the girls and guys. Only temporarily interrupted by a giant drunken loud man child sulking like a petulant teenager in the corner. Everyone should be proud of themselves, great introduction for alot of people's first experience in a live setting. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: Pink Kitten has become a bit of a second home and family to me ever since I've joined. The lessons and instructors are safe, supportive, encouraging and friendly. Lots of variety, challenge and additional fun workshops that run as well as the timetable. I also seem to have become a walking advert with the awesomely witty clothing & merchandise they sell. Not to mention the fab events such as showcases and performances and Hannah's mum's cheesecake at the pool party! Banging rocking, never-to-be-missed-out-on kinda place! Fantastic experience: Fantastic range of classes and workshops, and teachers are lovely and really care about your progress as enjoyment of the activities. My second home; my second family. (Note regarding one star review, whilst I can understand everyone's got slightly a different take on things I can't think of a single studio in Bristol [and I don't just mean aerial/pole studios - I include gyms, yoga etc etc and I go to A LOT!] that will allow someone to miss a warm up and still participate. This is for safety of the participant. If you give out one star ratings on that basis then there's a whole load of studios and gyms getting one stars! Stay sensible, stay safe and plus it's kinda respectful to show up on time.)

Fantastic experience: Friendly and really professional pole school. Responding to the recent 1* review -if you are new to pole and so late to class you miss half of it then you won’t have done a warm up and be able to keep up with the rest of the class - even as a regular you wouldn’t expect special treatment. Pole is fun but it also needs to be done in a safe way and PK does this perfectly.

Fantastic experience: Gorgeous studios, with good Covid-19 set up which is enforced! Hand sanitizer on entry, then given a clean box for what your bringing into the studio (with a clean cloth and alcohol spray) wash your hand and a cute paw print to tell you where to stand for a warm up. Crash matts are thoroughly cleaned between uses, Hannah is even laundering the silks between uses! The staff at Pink Kitten have made a little slice of pink safety, with a bubble gum frosting and a sprinkling of normality.

Fantastic experience: Warm, friendly, inspiring and super strong! Teachers really know there stuff and are really welcoming to everyone. There's loads of fun classes to try too.

Fantastic experience: PK is just amazing! I've done most of the classes here and the instructors really are the best - bloody amazing at what they do and hugely supportive and encouraging. The community there is wonderful too, very embracing and supportive of everyone and all abilities :)

Negative experience: Really patronising and rude. Hippy vibe if you like that type of thing. Instructor had a terrible attitude. Make sure not to be late or you won’t be allowed to attend the class and will still be charged. Credit was not returned. Nor was I offered to transfer it for another time. I certainly wasn’t 25 minutes late and having been booked into a heavily quiet class of 2 other students I could have done a warm up. I’m far from a beginner and remember how to warm up thank you very much. Do your open sessions require warm ups? Because no other pole studios do. Thanks as I said to the lady in the office I won’t be coming back as the payment in advance system hadn’t worked out for me on that occasion.

The teachers are great, very friendly, professional, inspiring and very caring to each student, they know everyone's abilities and caters to everyone needs so you can improve well. The classes are fun and really good, I have improved so much and learnt alot by coming here. I have attended pole, aerial hoop, circus, aerial yoga, burlesque and flow and floor classes and I must say each class is brilliant. I really love going here, everyone is so friendly and nice, you really do discover your inner showgirl!

Fantastic experience: I've done two great workshops here; Yoga For Strippers with dancer Oh! Carolina and Whip Making and Cracking with stunt-woman Diva Hollywood. Both were well-run, reasonably priced and hosted in a clean, airy studio. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, something I valued particularly as a new resident of Bristol at the time. The variety of classes and workshops on offer seems good; I'd love to see some more daytime classes and a Pilates instructor added to the staff.
