Fantastic experience: I'm not used to doing CrossFit in small space, but not going to lie that this box has probably the largest possible space for CrossFit in London. People here are very welcoming to a point of introducing me to everyone at the beginning of every single class even though I was just there for drop-in classes. Can't go wrong with this. Thank you so much Sleven Fitness. Will come here again next time I'm in London.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly rich and vibrant community. Coaching at the highest standard I’ve seen. Kit and facilities are top notch. Honestly can’t fault this place. I completed their 6 week recomp course that included a nutritionist and progressive strength classes. Was not daunting in the slightest, they’ve done a brilliant job at welcoming in members that may not be super familiar with CrossFit. At the end of the 6 weeks I was left feeling empowered and had my fitness journey back on track. Plus I had loads of expert knowledge in the bank! (The 6 week recomp actually made a visible difference, was highly impressed)

Fantastic experience: From the moment I stepped into Sleven Fitness, I was welcomed into a supportive and inclusive environment. Initially, I was quite shy about group training, but the instructors at Sleven were nothing short of fantastic. They were approachable, warm, and always willing to adapt exercises to suit my comfort level. I joined Sleven after growing tired of the conventional gym scene. The lack of motivation I felt in those traditional settings was replaced by a newfound enthusiasm at Sleven. Their unique approach to fitness, focusing on individual needs within a group setting, made all the difference. Interestingly, my primary goal wasn't to improve my physique; it was more about finding a place where I could enjoy working out and even meet some new friends. However, a better physique turned out to be a natural and welcome side effect of the regular, enjoyable workouts at Sleven; I lost 10% body fat over 6 months. Beyond the physical benefits, what I truly cherish about Sleven Fitness is the social aspect. It's not just a place to work out; it's a community where everyone is encouraged and uplifted. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or someone just starting out, Sleven offers an environment that fosters growth, both physically and socially. Fantastic experience: Super easy drop in process, very clean gym with nice equipment and ample space. I used the open gym time slot and had everything I needed and more. The gym is new and organized, the staff is friendly and professional, the atmosphere is motivating for sure. They offer a variety of class types that welcome people of all levels, if this gym is an option for you I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: My first week trial was a Christmas gift, and that's all I needed to kick start me into my monthly membership! Thank you to all the Sleven staff and clients for making me feel so welcome to the team :) I am no pro, but the patience I have received to learn the workouts, or shown me alternative workouts with scaling options to help me get stronger has not gone unnoticed. In one month, I have seen so much progress and I cannot wait to see more! Thanks so much everyone for all your consistency and motivation, see y'all tomorrow!!

The programming is constantly varied and adapted to enable all abilities to improve and every single coach is friendly, thoughtful and intuitive enough to know when to push you. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Sleven for a couple of years and on top of excellent coaching I always appreciated the friendly vibe there. Trainings can focus on a variety of discipline (gymnastic, weightlifting).. ensuring great progress in technique thanks to the tips provided by the coaches. There are also more general training that will increase your overall performances (Metcon, successories) Classes are small enough for the coaches to always have a word with you and exchange in order to help you find the right balance for you to push yourself further whilst respecting your condition. The mood is always positive within the gym and I will remember my Sleven times as the best in London

Fantastic experience: Could not speak higher of the team and the space as Sleven. They run multiple programs, all intelligently designed and there is something for everyone; whether it’s just a bit of beginner fitness or you want to achieve specific CrossFit goals and compete. All of the coaches are down to earth and contribute to a great training environment. Plenty of social events and a true sense of community.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been doing Crossfit for almost 6 years and I’ve been a member of several boxes, lots of drop ins in the UK and internationally. After relocating to a new area I was looking for a box where I could feel the same Crossfit spirit when I first started - hardcore training, challenging and diversified workouts, lots of gymnastics super engaging coaching and an awesome community. If you like to train hard- Sleven - is your place. I only joined 1 moth ago and my only regret is that I hadn’t found you guys before!!

Fantastic experience: Visited this amazing place on 21/10/2019 with a few friends from university and was just blown away. The look, the vibe and the people are all great! Tim & Nick made us feel welcome right away with Nick even going through some of the moves with us before the class began to make sure we would perform them efficiently and safely, tailoring and offering an alternative if really needed! They are such genuinely lovely guys. We had such a great workout and all came out buzzing! This is what exericse is about. I signed up 3 days later, and have already had my first class and loved every second of it! I don't live locally but its absolutely worth the travel as quite frankly, nothing compares to this place. Looking forward to seeing what I can achieve with Tim, Nick, and everyone else at Sleven ‍♂️

Fantastic experience: Pavel Somov’s review: excellent, friendly gym; an easy 3 min walk from Vauxhall underground station; sexy feel to the box, good music, good walls, nice new equipment; great programming; on way to the box I ran into Nick (coach/trainer) - he recognized me by name, when I asked him for directions (he had the gym t on) - what I am saying is that the guy paid attention when I had registered online, in many other gyms, in my experience, drop-ins often go unnoticed. Fantastic experience: this box as it all!! whether you are a newbie or an absolute crossfit beast you will be welcomed ,cheered and fist-bumped. I was totally new to crossfit when I began and had never done any strength /gym training. The coaches made so much time for me and always pay close attention to peoples individual goals, mine were gymnastic. They helped me get my first pull up in only a few months, when I had never even hung from a bar before. Sleven has a great rig for gymnastic work and lots of high rings to play on. By far the most welcoming box Ive been to. The community vibe is really strong, members regularly go for nandos trips after Friday Night Lights and weekend brunches. Also has banging tunes, a constant supply of nocco and grenade bars....AND A DISCO BALL!!!

Fantastic experience: I've been working out at this box for a while now but I wanted to write a review now due to the amazing work that the boys, Tim and Nic, have put in to the box. These guys, along with coach Loz, make this box a wonderful environment to train in. The programming is set to test all abilities from the very best 'elite' athletes to the wide eyed newcomer and all in between. The attention to detail in the training and coaching is excellent and it's all done in a fun, welcoming and friendly environment. I cannot recommended this place enough. The disco ball in the rig tells the story all on its own. Great place and definitely worth a visit

I signed up for a class online and a couple hours later I was doing a metcon there so they make it super easy. Will definitely be back the next time I’m in London!

Fantastic experience: Are you looking for that next challenge....look no further......When I first joined this box I was quite nervous about group training and the expectations of my follow crossfit peers. I found the atmosphere not only welcoming, the instructors have all come from a variety of background and the best thing is I've made some great friends in the process. The programs designed are well thought out and I'm currently achieving the goals I have set out. Give it a go you will not be disappointed...

Fantastic experience: Been working out within the CrossFit SE11 community for over a year now and I heavily recommend it. You cannot lose at this facility that offers very organized, safe and extremely thoughtful programming. The gym yields real results that I have witnessed my friends achieve, as well as myself. Instructed by a world class staff of coaches who are both incredible athletes and great people. It is a dynamic place brimming with lots of positive, well-rounded people. Top-notch programming for all levels -Excellent hands on coaching with no attitude -Nice facilities without being fancy - feels like a box should - Fun, competitive, supportive vibe This place is the real deal. CrossFit at it's finest.

Fantastic experience: Before joining se11 I wasn't confident with lifting and was worried I may injure myself. But at se11 all the coaches know what they're doing and are engaged in making sure your technique is right and really encouraging. Even if in a full class. I feel like I've progressed a lot since joining and now feel confident to push myself! The classes are fun and always changing. It's addictive!

Fantastic experience: After trying Crossfit in a few other boxes I was looking for a box where I could regularly work out that was close to work and where the vie was right. I have not looked back since joining SE11. Awesome coaches, friendly people and a brilliant, supportive yet competitive atmosphere. Since joining SE11 I've pretty much stopped doing anything else since it's so much fun here!

Fantastic experience: After moving to the uk from Australia, I really wanted a crossfit that was not only challenging, but with a great community element as well. After hunting crossfit gyms on the internet for a week or so, I came across SE11 and signed on. Not even slightly disappointed with this decision. Great members, coaches and programming. If you are looking for a great box, you've found it!

Fantastic experience: After I signed up at Crossfit SE11, it took me a month to complete my introduction course, where I was very impressed by how friendly and experienced the coaches were, and by the community and sense of camaraderie every time I turned up for training. The WOD classes are fun, small, intense and focused, with a lot of individual attention and feedback to ensure that everyone’s form and technique is correct. I attended sessions at least three times a week and observed significant physical changes to my body- my level of fitness also increased dramatically. The environment at this box is incredible, and the coaches are extremely encouraging and supportive. Would definitely recommend giving Crossfit London/SE11 a try or dropping by to speak to a coach if you’re interested in joining a great Crossfit box with an even better atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, welcoming box. Dropped in as Chloë was coaching - she's a great coach with competitive weightlifting experience. Appreciated how she allowed everyone to work within their capabilities, gently encouraging us to do more as we gained confidence with certain movements.

Fantastic experience: This is a relatively small box, but they make the best of their space. I was visiting from out of town, but I’ve been a Crossfitter for 2 years and have been to quite a few other boxes. This place is relatively easy to find – they are close to the Vauxhall tube stop. They have terrific coaching and friendly people. I would recommend this box to anyone visiting London for a few days and who needs a Crossfit fix!
