Fantastic experience: ARC fitness is an amazing organisation set up to help people in recovery from addiction, wether that be alcohol or drugs. Its a place where you can be yourself and no that you are no longer alone. The team at ARC who are professional , hardworking,compassionate, kind and are there always with their positive help and guidance. I have been with ARC since January 2020 and they have become part of my weekly routine. Gary and his team have helped me more than they no. Especially now when things are difficult for alot of people, ARC have found away to bring ARC to you. Amazing organisation thanks Gary and all.

There is so much support from fitness classes, advice and guidance, life tools such as mindfulness and an absolutely amazing community. ARC provides a completely non judgemental and safe space for everyone looking to change their lives. Gaz and the entire team are a wealth of knowledge and support. I’m so glad I’ve found ARC and become a part of this community. Sobriety is not a journey to do alone and with ARC I’m never alone.

Fantastic experience: the first thing you realise when attending this program, is that Gary and the staff create a really welcoming environment and atmosphere and provide the utmost care and attention for people embarking on their recovery journey there are no words capable of describing the magic it contains, like other have stated it's a truly life changing, life saving experience, I have attempted going sober numerous times in my life but never was I successful until I joined Arc, without them I would not be sitting here now writing this review, and for that I am eternally grateful. you will enter as a stranger but leave with a family and have the skills to face life head on and sober.
