Fantastic experience: Having been a member of 3 other gyms in Basingstoke, I was introduced to the Ministry's training culture by my PT Jasmine. The Ministry offers a refreshing take on training and the sense of community is effortless. TThe coaches James, Cameron and Jasmine are very experienced and each brings a different take on training, so there is a varied approached to suit your own training style. I wouldn't want to train anywhere else and my overall fitness, strength and confidence has improved massively thanks to The Ministry.

Fantastic experience: Finally a gym and leadership team that’s truly helped me reach my goals! Gyms can be a very daunting place when wanting to lose weight and learn new skills but the ministry have helped me achieve my goals and so much more! This is the gym for those who want real people, achieving real results!

Fantastic experience: I’ve tried all the local gyms in the area. As a 28yo I find most mainstream gyms are full of vanity. Here I’ve found they are so inclusive, all about getting fit and healthy! It’s definitely more upmarket than a chain gym, all about the community, classes, and PT training sessions! So happy I took one of their limited memberships! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: A great place to train where you will be pushed, encouraged and educated. The Ministry Gym has a great feel to it - white washed walls, black floor - a space where you can really go to work in, outfitted with the best equipment. The staff are at the top of their game and unlike most trainers - these guys 100% walk the walk. If you want to train in a place where you will be made to feel at ease, work hard, learn and have fun then this is the place. I would train under their guidance every damn day of the week.

Fantastic experience: I was feeling apprehensive about joining a gym as I felt out of my comfort zone as I am was not a very fit person. Ministry Gym put my mind at rest. Lloyd, Pete and James are always on hand to give you sound advice and help you with your workout. I also attend group sessions which are run by Lloyd who has pushed me to my limit which has enabled me to achieve my goals of losing weight and improving my fitness. These group sessions are a good way to meet new people and everyone is friendly and willing to help each other to achieve their individual goals. If you are looking for a friendly gym which will push you to achieve your own goals then Ministry Gym is definitely the place to be.

Fantastic experience: Best gym and instructors in Basingstoke who are fully supportive of all of their members. They have built a real community of likeminded individuals who all share the same work mentality. Group workouts are a great way to get back into fitness and building your confidence to also train on your own. Making new friends is a bonus to. I have found a new love for the gym and exercise in general and couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Fantastic experience: If you want to train and get fit in a friendly and modern Gym then this is it. There is a sense of community here and everyone supports each other Lloyd and James are the best instructors in Basingstoke (plus fully certified Gym Jones Instructors) and ensure you work harder than you thought you could. The group sessions are a great way of getting back into training and this is where the sense of community really shows. We have completed Tough Mudders and Brutal Runs as a community something that most of us would never have even thought of before we joined The Ministry Gym. If you want a challenge then Friday FYF is something you will not forget.
