Fantastic experience: I love this gym everytime visit my dad's in Whitstable I go here. My brother also visits when he's in town. It's flexible for day or week pass. Super friendly lots of equipment & always clean!

Fantastic experience: I've joined Flex appeal, recently as it's close to home, they have a good selection of equipment for all your fitness needs and goals, real friendly owners/staff offer personal training and have a great selection of health and protein products and make up shakes ect at a very good price for your pre and post workout sessions, great atmosphere to train in.

Fantastic experience: Been going to flex for over 30 years and the oldest member which is testament to how much I love my gym and the people there, this is just an amazing place to train and very friendly, experienced team, this is my church ❤️

Friendly staff who are extremely knowledgable in the fitness department and will happily answer any queries you have, special mention to Sam and Lloyd who have always proven them self to be exceptional in this department and have always provided a helping hand to new and old members when needed. I Cannot recommend more.

Fantastic experience: Train here every evening, evening staff specifically are top class, lighthearted fun atmosphere with lots of support from other gym members aswell as the team, great facilities built well and well maintained. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, the vibe is always super friendly and supportive of new and old members, staff always happy to help you out with concerns. Shout out to Lloyd who is a dedicated staff member always making sure things run smoothly and everybody is looked after (he also makes the best protein shakes). Best gym in the area, you have multiple free weight benches and machines competing with commercial gyms. If you are new or looking for a great gym I really recommend.

Fantastic experience: Last year i stopped going to the gym due to suffering from gym anxiety and I struggled to even step foot into the door to the gym inwas going to. Which I soon found was sue to its toxic enviroment. My friend recommended flex to me and althougba lottle nervous about joining, I am pleased I did, the gym environment here is welcoming and I am comfortable to come in and get on with my work out without feeling judged! The staff are friendly and approachable and so far I am really enjoying my time at this gym

Negative experience: Very poor overpriced gym. They put prices up and the showers never work or never cleaned. Lots of the machines are always broken and the mirrors are covered in saliva. And staff have attitude problems.

Fantastic experience: There is always such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at Flex, all the staff are lovely the equipment is great and there is so much more space than you think!

Fantastic experience: In Whistable for a week over Christmas and signed up for a week's membership and couldn't have been happier! Definetly dont judge the book by it's cover, behind the shop front is a fantastic fully eqipped no thrills gym. Great for cardio and lifting alike as well as having friendly staff and a buffet of pre and post workout nutrition!

Fantastic experience: FlexAppeal is proving to be a life changing place for me. I won’t go into too many details but in my first personal training session I discovered a name existed for the chronic pain I’ve been living with for years and that multiple doctors and specialists have never diagnosed. My trainer is incredibly knowledgeable and is building a training plan with me that is already helping. I’m always asked if any of the movements or exercises are exacerbating pain and adaptations are made to help when needed. The gym is very well equipped and all the staff members I’ve met are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. My confidence returning to the gym, after many years of absence, is starting to improve and this is all due to the environment created by everyone at Flex Appeal.

Fantastic experience: Superb gym in Tankerton near Whistable for mens and ladies fitness with machines , classes , incredible trainers . Mens large bodybuilding area in the back of gym which is spectacular . Super friendly staff .

Fantastic experience: Just joined last week and had my first session staff friendly helpful and kept an eye on me. Looking forward to my next session. The gym is well fitted out with equipment for all levels.

Fantastic experience: Deceptive in a good way. From the outside a small gym with some cardio equipment. On the inside a TARDIS that is full of resistance machines, a designated core and stretch area and even further into Narnia a huge free weights section with lifting platforms and a bench for everyone. Not only that but the staff are the friendliest of any gym I've been to and worked in. Plus they got all your protein shakes, caffeine hits and H2O needs ready to go!

Fantastic experience: Visiting family and had been to this gym once upon a time so revisited for a couple days. Perfect gym for what I'm into. Fair to say best for weight lifting but their cardio machines are very modern too. Will be back whenever I'm next in Whitstable. Super friendly staff. The gym is going above and beyond with hygiene and cleaning.

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic gym. All training needs are catered for. The staff are very helpful and always at hand to help and assist whilst you train. Open long hours to suit trading until 10:00pm. I have trained for over thirty years and frequented many gyms. This is one of the best.

Negative experience: One member of staff had been very rude to me for weeks making me feel awkward and bad about my gym decisions has An attitude , gave sly smerks as of he’s above me or something So I confront him what’s his problem Go back in a few days apparently I’m banned Equipments falling apart Water leaks through the roof every time it rains Machines out of service regularly

Fantastic experience: Brilliant Gym! Great equipment, awesome staff. This place has a great sense of community and members become part of the family here. Personal trainers on hand everyday for help and advice but can also be booked by appointment for private tuition.

Fantastic experience: Been to many gyms around whitstable, and none compare to Flex appeal. Other than the top of the range gym equipment, the gym has the best staff and atmosphere to offer. Den and Angie are committed to this gym and put in a lot of time, and it really shows.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are very friendly and give great advice. The weights are superb - you can go massive if you want to or use the machines and there is loads of cardio equipment too. There aren't egos here either, just people training hard. I've put an inch on my arms, chest and legs and lost two inches on my waist since joining here 2 months ago. No change to my diet, just good, increment training. If you live in Whitstable or Herne Bay, this is the place to train!
