2 years ago Fantastic experience: Excellent and sizeable facilities. Participated in their CrossFit competition which was well run. Can't speak for any classes though would definitely keep in mind if I'm ever nearby for work.
2 years ago Fantastic experience: Oxhouse the home of fitness ! It's no lie, amazing facility with great coaching, a friendly and welcoming community and structured workouts that can be scaled to meet the needs and keep things interesting for people of all levels. After being a member of numerous traditional gyms I can honestly say that the crossfit environment and style of training is one that gets you in shape and has you feeling your best.
