Fantastic experience: Excellent and sizeable facilities. Participated in their CrossFit competition which was well run. Can't speak for any classes though would definitely keep in mind if I'm ever nearby for work.
Fantastic experience: Oxhouse the home of fitness ! It's no lie, amazing facility with great coaching, a friendly and welcoming community and structured workouts that can be scaled to meet the needs and keep things interesting for people of all levels. After being a member of numerous traditional gyms I can honestly say that the crossfit environment and style of training is one that gets you in shape and has you feeling your best.
