Fantastic experience: New multi discipline premises opened in 2021..Excellent facilities for all ages. Separate hall for Jiu-jitsu and M.M.A.. in the main hall we have our racks for lifting and squats, large range of 2" plates and Olympic Bars, Racks of Hex Dumbbells and Kettles, treadmills, bikes and skiers. Large area sectioned off for boxers along with a full size ring and a bespoke rig for the bags. Cardio and H.I.T classes are on 7 days a week and are always well attended. Still the best gym in the area..
