Fantastic experience: Met Jilly for the first time today. She really is good. I have trained for quite a few years and I am about as flexible as an ironing board. Jilly managed to sort some back pain I have been having by massage and flexing movements. Anyone who does bodybuilding should most definitely consider booking in with Jilly at least once a month or follow the treatment plan she provides.
