Fantastic experience: A proper gym and training venue, not for posers. Jamie and his co-trainers are very knowledgeable and know how to train and give correct exercises.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place to train, great environment and very knowledgable coaches. Gutted I am no longer able to train here due to moving away, but am still being coached online by Jamie the head coach which is almost just as good.
