Fantastic experience: The environment created by the coaches and the people who use this gym makes it feel like a home away from home I would strongly argue that this is the best gym in the North East in terms of quality of equipment and the level of coaching available

Fantastic experience: Not only a top notch professional set up but the coaches are the best knowledgeable individuals I have met. The vibe is always a fun energetic one, there is never a boring session and the wods are original and testing. The best box I have been to by far.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this gym- Ali is an excellent coach who always has time to help you improve your technique. The workouts are really varied and even after being a member for a year, there are always new skills/techniques introduced which constantly challenges you. I have been a member of several crossfit gyms over the years and this is by far my favourite place to train.
