Re-Energize Ladies Gym

Fantastic experience: Me and my sister used to go to this gym yrs ago from the day it was opened, went last night to try and get the fitness bug again with my sister we were so impressed all changed since we were last in ,the machines were so modern friendly ladies around doing there thing some helped us work some machine's, the sunbeds afterwards, we are so excited to be back and looking forward to getting the bug back ..

Fantastic experience: This gym is so amazing, couldn’t recommend it more to anyone. It has a variety of weights and machines to use with a cardio room full of machines and free weights. Just so amazing and the staff are really friendly. Definitely a stress free and judgement free zone. I recommend it for anyone who wants to get into fitness and be completely comfortable in the environment they are in without any judgement or feeling like you look silly.

Fantastic experience: A place where you can go and not feel self conscious. The team are so friendly and helpful. They have all the gadgets needed. Friendly members. Joining this gym has been fantastic for me. Iv joined gyms in the past and never really felt comfortable or at ease but re-energise has been the making of me getting some self confidence and In shape. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy Re-Energize, its great for any women that dont feel comfortable in a mixed gym. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean sunbeds.
