Fantastic experience: Been a member for just a few weeks now. It's been years since I've been to a gym. Feels great to be at it again ! So it helps massively when ther is Friendly staff that make you feel comfortable as soon as you enter , clean gym, never overcrowded, great choice of equipment, and a really pleasant atmosphere. i would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Dream Body HFN since last summer. I've never been a confident person and the thought of walking into a gym environment used to make me nervous but I've never felt that way since coming here. The staff and members are all friendly and helpful. Always someone to ask for help or advice. They have a PT for everyone, they're all brilliant at what they do. You can also get a sports massage here, Shanice has fixed 2 major problems for me. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Tracy Newey xx

Fantastic experience: Excellent and friendly gym run by Lenny . He always goes the extra mile along with Jan Watts , Kim Hornby and Abbey who are all willing to assist you both as personal instructors or nutrition advice to help you achieve your goals. Would not go to any other gym now.

Fantastic experience: OMG best gym I've ever been too!. Very professional and friendly and will help you in any way they can. Classes are great love the 6am boot camp and tue and thurs weights.

Fantastic experience: I always struggled to find a gym that I stuck with... Then I came across this place. There is such a variety of classes, the instructors make you feel so welcome and nothing is too much for them... Any help you need they are there. Great classes, great place & great people!!!

They make you feel welcome and make all abilities welcome to join in the classes overall a fab place to work out and to make friends been having PTs with Val for a few months and has been amazing with me
