Fantastic experience: Best gym I ve been in the UK. Hyrox affiliated, kit is always tidied up and place is always spotless . Great staff , very experienced PT's . Amazing place.

Fantastic experience: First week at NR Gym. I have to say, I’m blown away by the amount of attention and dedication the team have towards the members. I’ve just had a meeting to set up a workout plan personalised to myself, driven towards my goals. Ryan helped me out with that, great guy, very helpful with explaining everything to me. Fantastic experience: First class gym. Great range of equipment, run superbly, very strict policy of unplating equipment and putting weights back. Equipment is well maintained, the place is spotless, staff are knowledgeable and really friendly, the members are respectful and have a real workout attitude, I can't fault it, great find and I'm proud to be a member!

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym with an incredible team! All equipment is in a great condition and the place is immaculate, every time. The plans are fantastic too (which are part of the membership) and are really beneficial especially for someone like myself who isn't confident to use new machines! The gym facilities for all needs and is really inclusive. I could easily go to any member of staff to ask for any help. Highly recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: This gym outperforms any previous gym I have been to over the passed 15+ years. There is a massive range of equipment / machines available meaning that even at peaks times you're generally not waiting for machines. Very high standards throughout, from the cleanliness through to the equpiment and organisation. Regular events are organised (hyrox events, outdoor hikes, santa fun run!) The morning classes (and people) are brilliant and suitable for all abilities....Nick manages to somehow keep you motivated to keep turning up! Nick, Russell and all the staff should be proud of not only the gym they have successfully built, but the community they have created!

Fantastic experience: This gym has high standards and that's what makes it an excellent gym. High standards of equipment and investment, high standards of cleaning and expected gym etiquette, high standards of staff knowledge and helpfulness, high standards are just what this gym is built on. Being around those standards makes you put higher standards on yourself when you're in there. The gym has twice helped me bounce back from tough times and I'm grateful for their help and support

Fantastic experience: Been going for around 18 months now. Staff have been brilliant help throughout, assisting with work out plans and helping work through various injury recoveries.

Negative experience: It's a gym, dime to the dozen. Want a one of training? Forget about it. Stepping foot in the gym it's clean the music is too loud and genuinely nothing special. If I would have got the one of training I would have probably gave this a 3 star. god knows how many gyms I have stepped in with the same feel, but atleast they let me train.

Negative experience: Applied to join NRGym about 2 years ago, but I have never heard anything back ever since. The application process consisted of being questioned as if it’s a job interview. I was asked questions such as what area do I live in? If I know any members? and what my occupation is? How is this relevant to joining a gym? In terms of equipment, I have got to say the facilities of the gym are really good and is what initially intrigued me into applying. However, the pure lack of professionalism in getting back to a customer and having the common courtesy of letting them know why they have not been considered is not acceptable in my opinion. I have also heard of them telling applicants they have too much members and they only work on a referral basis as a nice way of saying your not welcome. Why are you “interviewing” people if you have too much members? Really don’t get the logic. Not a very professional experience at all.

Positive experience: An excellent venu if training and fitness is what you are looking for. I found it a bit hard to find easy parking but if you go with a bit of time on your hands it all works out easy. Almost everything one would want from Martial arts to keeping fit in so many modern ways at this very well laid out fitness center. Try it out and make your own mind up is my advice.
