Well equipped gym,felt like a kid in a sweet shop with all you could wish for a bloody good session. The members along with the staff are the making of this gym. Bloody loved it and shall be back. They also sell some products and clothing, would of been rude not to buy something. I did get a hoodie and shall wear it with pride to promote this gym Keep you the great work Trojan gym

Positive experience: Went there recently the the staff was very helpful and Friendly. I'll say tho, it a little weird when you're new but when the great staffs explain everything to you, you'll know that you're in a good place.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I've trained in. The range of equipment is fantastic. Everybody is welcoming and there is a great atmosphere form the moment you walk in. Throw in some classic trance anthems at 5 AM? What's not to love!

Positive experience: If you're after a strongman / bodybuilding gym in Bristol, then this is where you want to be! Tons of free weights and machines inside, and loads of strongman kit outside. Inc: logs, monster dumbells, axles, block press, farmers, sandbags, kegs, yokes, stones, bag toss and more.

Fantastic experience: I have had friends recommend Trojan i the past but I have never been in a position to train there, until today. I was welcomed in by the friendly staff, offered a free session and had a blast! Great environment for hard training! Spit and sawdust sort of facility! My kind of gaff!

Fantastic experience: I was nervous about joining a gym - especially one so well known for bodybuilding! I am a beginner, middle aged lady with some weight to lose but I took the plunge and I’m so glad I did! The people there are so friendly, welcoming and encouraging and I feel right at home! Julie, Steph, Matty and Charlene (as are the others but these are the only names I know so far) are always so friendly and everyone is approachable. They have loads of different cardio machines as well as weights so I do something different each visit. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: First time going to a local independent gym (usually use commercial ones due to location). Was greeted by a very helpful and efficient lady (I didn't catch her name) who signed me in. The environment is great - everyone who was there was going for it and the music was actually good! Nice calibrated weights and bars that were looked after. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my partner are regular buyers of the protein powder here, and they have always delivered quality, tasty products efficiently. I recently had a query with regards to one of the products and Julie got back to me quickly and was so polite and friendly. Even though I wasn't unhappy with any of the products, she offered a refund/swap. When I ordered more powder, they gave us some extras for free. I was really impressed with the communication and handling of the whole situation and you can see they really care about their customers. Fantastic experience: Excellent facility! Excellent machinary for isolation calibrated powerlifting plates and etremely good barbells. Great training atmosphere and fantastic for a range of people who have different training needs (powerlifting, weightlifting, crossfit, srongman body building). If I lived closer I would be training here every day, amazing facility!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym, for versatility of what this gym accommodates there's non like this in the south west. The gym is spit and saw dust, but everyone there is friendly from staff to members and it makes you part of a community which helps push you further. They are always looking to improve and provide for their members via upgrading equipment, expanding space or hosting in houses competition. For anyone that loves to train I highly recommend this place

Fantastic experience: This is, is a 'proper gym' full of great kit and great people that motivate you to train hard and get results.This isn't a David Lloyd with a cafe selling Green juice smoothies, and a legs, bums and tums class on a Monday lunch time! The weights and machines are not all brand new and untouched where they are hardly used. What this is is a 'real' gym, full of every bit of kit you could possibly imagine. From weight lifting/bodybuilding through to strongman, boxing or hiit style circuits area they have every thing you could ever need. The list of machines is endless, as I said its not all shinny and new, but it's heavy and it works, which is all that matters. The atmosphere in this gym is next level. I'd heard other people mention the 'atmosphere' when talking about this place and never really understood what they meant.. Its a gym not a football stadium right...!? But its true, it's hard to put into words but it really is 'a thing', maybe it's the music, maybe it's the welcome you get from the owners every time you walk through the door, maybe it's training along side some apsolute beasts, maybe it's a little bit of everything, whatever it is, I feel buzzing after a few minutes of being there and that inspires me to go in hard, every single session.This is personified by the group circuits training sessions taken by the owner. Think 30/40 people getting stuck right into their circuits ,tunes pumping, all cheering each other along, with the owner at the helm bouncing up and down firing everyone up...loads of friendly faces, super inclusive, Its epic... Come join in! Bottom line, if you wanna train hard, make serious gains and also make a bunch of sound new friends .. This is the place for you!

Fantastic experience: What a great gym! Great equipment, everything you need. I recently signed up for a month as it's close to where I work. The staff are all amazing and so friendly. For me it's got that old school gym feeling but still with a modern side to it. I instantly felt comfortable training there.

Fantastic experience: I turned up for my session and the first thing I was given was a very warm smile off Julie! That’s a great way to start any session! As a wheelchair user I found the place very accessible and easy to manoeuvre around, if there’s anything needed then members.=/staff are more than happy to help out/pass me something! You see the staff constantly cleaning down equipment and putting things back in their correct places. The amount of quality kit that’s there is incredible so it’s very easy to switch up your routine id needed. Whether your into weights or fitness everyone needs to experience a workout at Trojans gym at least once in their lives!

Negative experience: Old equipment,very discriminating staff ,if you are not British I dont advice you to go there.They kick me out from the gym in the middle of my training because of some seminar that I didn't know about and they didn't told me for before I start.I was afraid to go after this to get month subscription refund to not got beaten.
