Fantastic experience: If you want to spend an hour making out you're working hard at the gym then don't come to this place. You work hard, you sweat and you laugh when your 20 minutes is up as you can't believe you've worked so hard in such a short time. Don't think you have to be very young and very fit to come here. I am 53 and hadn't exercised in a long while. Yes it was scary going for the first time. But this place is like a little family and they look after you. I am already seeing a change in my body and my fitness. Great instructors and fantastic vibes
