Fantastic experience: So many positives coming to 3F gym. It holds a real family vibe, staff are knowledgeable and supportive, equipment is incredible and they are still installing more machines! Multiple classes and a great martial arts facility/cage too. Oh and don't forget about the restaurant too, some of the best healthy food in Bournemouth hands down! This gym is unbeatable.

Fantastic experience: The last time I trained there was two years ago and a few days ago I had the opportunity to check again if anything had changed. As I know the place well, you can see that minor changes have been made. The new machines are a big plus. The studio, which has been repainted, also adds a new dark charm and is a good place for posing and more. Every style can be found here, from fitness and bodybuilding to combat sports.

Fantastic experience: A great gym - all staff are friendly, polite and helpful. I was beginning to think I'd never find a gym with a mix of facilities aligned with my preferred mix of training: punchbags, circuit training stuff, kettle bells, free weights etc. - but here it is. Highly recommended. Great work, keep it up.

Positive experience: W pełni wyposażona siłownia w stylu "ciemnej dyskoteki" ostra muzyka nastrajajająca do treningu, do tego świetna klatka do sportów walki studio do fitnessu i wyposażona w dodatkowe przedmioty jak gumy, tarcze, pady do boksu czy kopnięć. Jednak po kilku sesjach okazuje się że sprzęt ma wady producenta, który źle wyliczył kąty długości czy odstępy. Na przykład wyciąg z góry ma za małą odległość uchwytu od siedzenia i osobą powyżej 180cm nie wyciągnie rąk w pełnym zakręcie bo ciężar na stosie siada zanim wyprostuje ręce.

Fantastic experience: Amazing muay Thai classes with Jr, amazing work out and beasts your body. Gym equipment is good and never ran into a problem of waiting for a machine. Owners are super friendly and helpful as for all the staff there. Main attention though is of course Rocky . Great gym it's like a hidden gem

One of the most impressive aspects of Chef Tank's cooking is his ability to turn simple, wholesome ingredients into culinary masterpieces. He takes the concept of healthy food to a whole new level, proving that nutritious eating doesn't have to be bland or boring. Each dish bursts with flavor, and you can taste the freshness of the ingredients in every bite. Not only does Chef Tank pay attention to taste, but he also takes great care in presentation. Every plate that comes out of his kitchen is a work of art, appealing to both the eyes and the palate. It's evident that he puts his heart and soul into each dish, ensuring that every customer is treated to a memorable experience.

Fantastic experience: 3f gains Moving from my home town to uni finding a gym was one of my top priorities, I tried probably two before I tried 3F and i immediately knew it was the one! ALL of the staff are really friendly, they greet you as you come in and make you feel welcome. The gym vibes - people at the gym and the the atmosphere is unmatched i definitely prefer 3F to my home town gym and any other gyms I’ve ever been to, coming back home from uni makes me miss it the most! Equipment is top tier really good quality. Affordable and inclusive gym all round just great. Also the gyms social media presence definitely helps with the environment they’ve created it’s like a gym family

The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and the members make it a real sense of community. They are always expanding and the food in the cafe is delicious. I would definitely recommend joining.

Fantastic experience: '3F Gains' Started coming in September, coming from commercial gyms. This place is such a breath of fresh air. Such a big community, staff, and other gym goers are so friendly and give advice when asked. The equipment is top tier, and I've grown stronger in every aspect thanks to this gym.

Fantastic experience: 3F Gains Joined 3F around 6 months ago after previously having been at commercial gyms, was nervous at first but I feel so much more confident in 3F as everyone is happy to help whenever/wherever they can, no-one is judgemental unlike other gyms! My personal trainer Charlie is great and has contributed to a lot of this including gaining my confidence and helping me become stronger! Lovely friendly environment and an extensive amount of machines and always playing good music. Tanks Gym Kitchen is great, he makes amazing food and smoothies/coffees, and the gym also offers lots of energy drinks and pre-workout scoops to buy before your sessions - could not recommend this gym enough!
