It has the best equipment for all your needs and muscles to train with the Hammer Strength quality. Whatever your goals are coming from powerlifting, to bodybuilding or simply just get in good cardio condition, Kongs has you covered, don't look else where. On the top of that, has the most friendly and safe environment and the staff are awesome dudes! What are you waiting for?

Fantastic experience: Been a member at Kongs for a very long time now, incredible staff who are very friendly, helpful and easy to approach for any enquiries. Top of the range equipment and machines that are well maintained and an array of specialty powerlifting equipment that most gyms don’t have. The gym is constantly improving and you can see the investments being made for the members wellbeing. 5 stars isn’t enough for this place. Highly recommend to anyone, experienced or new to the gym, caters for all.

Fantastic experience: I joined Kongs Gym today and found the lady at the reception very welcoming and friendly. I have found in the past that joining a new gym to be rather daunting, however she was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the gym itself and all the equipment. Whilst the gym itself isn't huge there is more than enough space to workout without having to be concerned about affecting others. The variation of equipment is fantastic and whist it may seem overwhelming at first I have no doubt the staff would be more than happy to help if you asked. The place is also immaculately clean and tidy. I'm glad to have changed to this gym and I look forward to continue training here.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my week at Kongs. I have a gym membership in London where I live but family matters meant I was in Wales for 12 days and I needed a gym to train in. I got a week's membership at Kongs for £20. I visited 4 times during the week and had 4 great training sessions. The gym was spotlessly clean and so well laid out. I loved that the plates and weights were always racked away neatly. The staff and clients were friendly and I felt welcomed and safe at the gym. Looking forward to training at Kongs again.

I would not go anywhere else. If ever you need anything, the staff are on hand. You can get anything from clothes to protein meals in reception and have so many protein bar options. There is so much more to come in the coming months and I am so excited to see the changes

Fantastic experience: Been going to kongs for some time now and I have also tried every gym in Bridgend and in my opinion kongs is a no brainier, best gym about. They have an awesome selection of gym equipment, and a massive variety of machines ect, and constantly increasing their standards by making upgrades and improvements. The staff are amazing, always encouraging and supportive, aswell as the other gym members, which is great for anyone who is thinking about making a start at kongs.

Fantastic experience: Since joining Kongs gym in December 2022 I’ve actually started wanting to go the gym! This is mainly due to the amazing equipment (which is being refreshed again) and the brilliant staff that work there. I think since joining with a friend we’ve helped Atleast 3 other people join the gym who also love the gym. It feel quiet most days even at peak times because there’s enough squat racks, variations of machines and space to create a workout. All Ill say is bring a hoodie in the winter because it is baltic! Goal is to keep regular and look forward to the new equipment being installed in March.

Fantastic experience: Kongs is the best gym I have been to (after trying and quitting many very quickly over the years). The staff are so friendly and approachable, making a really relaxed atmosphere which is important for someone like me who can be really uncomfortable in gyms. All the gym goers are so friendly and welcoming making a nice social feeling. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym with a great selection of equipment. There’s a real community vibe, everyone is super friendly including the excellent staff. People are usually happy to let you work in during peak times and there’s always someone available to spot. Due to its slightly smaller & member focused nature it’s a lot tidier than big commercial gyms like Pure Gym and The Gym - equipment is 99% of the time put back exactly where you’d expect to find it, and as there’s always staff around its cleaned frequently which is super important! They’re very active on social media which really helps with the community feel. I’ve been coming here since just after the lockdowns ended and I don’t see myself looking for another gym!

Fantastic experience: I adore this place. Been training here for 7/8 years and I just love it here. I cannot imagine training anywhere else. The equipment is great, the ladies changing room is kept clean and tidy, and has showers, and the reception sells everything from beanies and tops, to microwaveable meals and protein shakes. My favourite part is the community feel at Kongs. I have built great friendships here due to the warmth and friendliest of the staff and everyone who trains here. Love you guys!

Fantastic experience: By far the best GYM around..! Travelled all over with the military an the kit they have here rivals that of Kuwait's oxygen gym easily.! An many more. Great hammer strength gear, an probably the best legs section I've seen under one roof.. every time I blink there's another bit of kit..! I'm a firefighter an have a good gym in work but yet, still can't leave haha to good to not train here.! All the staff are class an helped me out loads, big group of PTs online an in-person.. Get down there an try it out, you won't want to train anywhere else.
