Fantastic experience: I recently had a sports injury massage with Steve Martinez. I had treatments on my back and hips on this occasion and was really pleased with the results. I have had several treatments from Steve and other therapists at this practice in the past and always been satisfied. Steve is amazing and is very experienced at what he does, and listens attentively to what your problems and needs are. He also offers aftercare which is very useful to help your recovery. I will definately be booking again soon, would definately recommend. The booking system online is also very easy to use and offers a wide choice of days and times.

Fantastic experience: I am still in awe of the incredible massage I received from Steve at Rotherham Massage Practice. For the past six months, I have been plagued by debilitating shoulder pain that has significantly impacted my daily life. I had tried physiotherapy, thinking it would be the solution to my problem, but unfortunately, it didn't provide the relief I desperately needed. That's when I decided to give massage a try. From the moment I walked into the studio, I felt a sense of calm, and Steve’s friendly demeanour immediately put me at ease. The massage itself was truly an experience like no other. Steve took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my specific needs. He then worked his magic, using a combination of techniques to target the areas of tension and knots that were causing my pain. He knew exactly where the root of my problem was. What really amazed me was the immediate relief I felt after the massage. Despite being a bit sore for a couple of days, the pain in my shoulder was GONE! For the first time in months, I had no more discomfort. I was blown away by the results and couldn't believe that just one massage could have such a profound impact on my pain levels. I am intending to stick with massage now, to help relieve any tension in my back, whether that’s from stress or training. I highly recommend Steve and Rotherham Massage Practice to anyone suffering from chronic pain or muscle tension.

Fantastic experience: I went for a pregnancy massage here yesterday and Paulina was amazing! She was so welcoming and friendly and we had a lovely conversation during my massages. She was so delicate with me being 34 weeks pregnant and was so caring too about the small things (my comfort, giving me a cushion for my legs and ensuring I was laid comfortably and safely for baby too) Her massage techniques were brilliant and she was so knowledgeable too. Fantastic experience: This was my first serious massage so I was a bit nervous. Paulina was reassuring, professional, friendly and explained every detail of what she was going to do. It was amazing - from being in pain and smelling of deep heat for a month I went straight away to pain free. Fantastic experience: After a stressful few months, I booked a deep tissue massage with Steve to work the tension out of my neck and shoulders. I was very nervous as I'd not had a massage before but Steve was very reassuring and put me at my ease straight away. The massage was wonderful, it felt great to be able to move more easily again and best of all, I'd been suffering with pain in my jaw that two expensive trips to the dentist hadn't fixed but the massage cured this too. I wish I'd booked it months ago! I booked another session to work on tension Steve identified in my lower back and hips and he also provided advice on exercises to help. All in all a very professional service with great results that I'll definitely be booking again.

Fantastic experience: Had a sports massage today by Steve for my lower back. Don't be confused by the sports bit, I'm not a sportsman but every now and then my back 'goes' as my Dad used to say and carrying out everyday stuff becomes really tricky. The massage certainly works for me, it relieves the discomfort and makes me more flexible. He also recommended some follow up exercises to carry out at home. Many thanks Steve.

Fantastic experience: First time going for a sports massage and definitely not my last! Steve made me feel super comfortable and at ease. He talked me through everything and helped ease some of the pains I was having and that was just the first session! He also identified Scoliosis, that could have caused me to have issues in later life if I not had this checked out on his advice. Anne also made it super easy to book in and was really accommodating and helpful. Amazing service! 10/10

Fantastic experience: Having had pain and discomfort in my shoulder and arm for a few months decided to try a massage, never having had one before was unsure if it would work, phoned for an appointment was booked in a couple of days later Sat. 19/3/22 , met Steve, had 1/2 hour consulting ,he explained in lay man's language the problem and how he would treat it.Positioned on table Steve gave me a full 1/2 hour massage explained what was happening as he went along. Should have gone months ago,5 days later 50 per cent improvement shall be returning for further treatment.thanks Steve

Fantastic experience: I booked a same day deep tissue massage appointment with Steve Martinez for neck and shoulder problems and after arriving slightly late and a little flustered, Steve saw me straight away and was great. He was super friendly and approachable and I came away with much better movement and the healing has only been getting better as the days go on.
