Fantastic experience: Been training with Dan for over 3 months very very pleased with the results. He really knows and wants you to improve he has a wide depth of knowledge and l would definitely recommend him for his work ethic and results

Fantastic experience: I could only do light stuff at the gym with Dan due to health reasons, He put me at ease and was very accommodating to my needs. The gym itself has doubled in size since I've been going and all the equipment is first class. If you want a friendly and knowledgeable PT then Dan is the man.

Fantastic experience: Fancied trying something a little bit different aside from normal gym environment. Definitely would recommend, yea was out my comfort zone on the log and the stones but Dan forced me on and got me through it Very knowledgeable people and great equipped gym. Defo worth a go for anyone wanting a change
