Peak Physique Health and Fitness Club

Fantastic experience: Whenever I'm visiting family in Hull I'll try and pop into Peak Physique. My go-to gym in Hull! Great gym, decent equipment, great people, and a great powerlifting room downstairs. Very decent price for a day pass (£5) and even more decent price for a week pass (£8) [Nov 2024] I usually go on my own, sometimes with my bruv-in-law, Big Liam. I'm going to try and get my wife to come along in some future sessions.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, great staff, friendly environment

Negative experience: I would be giving no stars if I could you will get banned from them gym for been to energetic and they will blame you for stuff you didn’t do. Gym was good until it you realise the are all two faced

Positive experience: Very good, friendly trainers and handsome staff, can get massage here and a tasty peanut butter lean whey powder shake after ur workout too! Toilets clean and gym gear functional.

Fantastic experience: It's a fantastic family run gym all the facilities and equipment are first class there is something for everyone there Including a female only training area should you wish for privacy while you train The staff are super helpful and very friendly and always on hand to help and support you through every step of your development whatever your goals may be I have loved training here

Fantastic experience: I used to come a few years ago when it was a great old shool gym, I've recently gone back and although it's had an amazing refurbishment it still has a great friendly atmosphere and the range of equipment is amazing for all abilities! Definitely recommend for people to join

Fantastic experience: Great gym and great equipment for bodybuilding, strongman and powerlifting. Good variety on machines and also has the classic old school steel dumbbells and plates. Staff are also very friendly and easy to talk to.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely cant recommend peak enough. Staff are lovely the atmosphere in the place is spot on! There is a dedicated ladies room which has ample amount of equipment along with the power pit downstairs. People of all abilities go, so there is no judging or uncomfortable feeling ! Highly recommend Dave as a personal trainer too! He helped me lose 6 stone !✌

Fantastic experience: The revamp is amazing and the new equipment is fantastic. I’ve been training here since the 1990’s and the only thing that hasn’t changed here is the friendly and helpful staff.

Fantastic experience: I began attending here a few years ago and was surprised when I was greeted with open arms! The staff here is unlike any other fitness centre, you can comfortably have a chat with them about almost anything! It's safe to say that if you wish to better yourself in a family run centre, this is the place you need to go to achieve that peak physique! I recommend this place to everyone no matter what! 100/10!

Fantastic experience: Usually i want to get away from the gym . But here i practically live here , its my second home. The staff are amazing, so helpful and motivational and friendly. People who just go to the gym are super friendly and everyone helps eachother. The best gym ive been too and will continue to go to.

Fantastic experience: Really nice family gym, with Tom front of house welcoming you and Louise always about the help. The personal trainer are always there for advice it’s a great place. Started a boot camp there which is a great workout. Really friendly place

Fantastic experience: Not your ordinary gym, as it is welcoming, family run and people actually talk to one another. The refurbished “Power Pit” downstairs is superb but it is the staff, owners and personal trainers that make this place standout from the rest. You can train with a former Olympian, Hull’s strongest man and have classes in strength & Conditioning or female only Boot Camps. Whichever way you want to train, you will be supported at Peak Physique. Were other gyms may have all the mod cons, you are just a number on a very large corporate spreadsheet, were at Peak Physique, you are part of a supportive training community.

Fantastic experience: Walking through the door into Peak Physique, you're immediately welcomed by sincere and supportive staff. The gym itself is well stocked for resistance training. I cannot recommend enough the Power Pit which has everything you'd need for functional fitness and more importantly for me makes working out fun. Amazing experiences all around.

Fantastic experience: Peak physic is the best!!.. I've trained there for two years now and I always come out with a smile and feeling fabulous.... Tom and all of the staff and PT's are amazing and the atmosphere is euphoric every day. The new refurbished power pit has got everything you want if your an iron lover like me .. My PT David Mankel is second to none too and can change your life like he has mine. Please please come and check it out

Fantastic experience: I started this gym in November (previously trained at woodford) I wanted to try the power pit after one session I knew this was the gym for me, friendly people no matter your ability, Tom, David and Neil all top blokes. Great gym would reccomend to anyone Without this place wouldn't be reaching my goals. Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing - friendly old school gym with ‘proper’ weights - iron dumbbells that ‘rattle’. The Power Pit downstairs has just been refurbed with brand new sled track and squat racks - but it still retains its old school charm with yolk and tyres. If you’ve not been you’re missing a treat.
