Fantastic experience: Super friendly staff, clean and lots of equipment

Negative experience: The entry system allows people to get in without membership when the doors open people gain entry at night and have caused trouble. No staff seen at the gym at night. Security needed 24/7

Fantastic experience: Hi, I would just like to say that Sam is such a good personal trainer, I have had many different PTs over the years and none come close to Sam, she's genuine, understanding and pushes me in a positive way to achieve more. Since starting with Sam my confidence has grown, my mental health has improved and I'm feeling healthier each time I go, she has been very accommodating to school holidays and has been not just a PT but also a friend. I'm looking forward to continuing my journey with her and I would recommend her to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Sam C is my PT at Fervid. Sam is such a motivational, inspiring and uplifting PT. She always brings the best energy to keep my going, on track and to keep the gym anxiety at bay. I was super nervous to sign up for a gym & get started and from Day 1 Sam has always tailored the workouts to my current abilities, needs and goals. She pushes me when I need it but if it’s just not for me we always try something else. I have slowly built the confidence to come to the gym now outside of our sessions, Sam checks in to see how I’m doing and always shares a summary of our session so I can replicate when I go on my own. If I ever need her to show me a demo of an exercise again she never judges, she knows it’s a lot to take in and talks me through every step. And more importantly, we always have a laugh and she’s become a true friend.

Fantastic experience: After lots of bad experiences going to different gyms over the years, Fervid has completely changed my view point of them. I was so nervous starting in September 2023 but these nerves soon disappeared. The atmosphere is great and the staff are super friendly and helpful. A big shout out to my PT Connor as not only is his knowledge exceptional, he has helped to grow my confidence (and muscles haha) so, so much! I never thought the gym would be somewhere I would enjoy going, but it's now one of my favourite places to be.

Positive experience: Not a bad gym , if correcting the issue that was previously made it’s now a good place to train , something still need to be improved like the quality of the barbells and the communication between some of the staff as some days you can walk in and just get blanked when you say hello , apart from that it’s warm , good machines , very clean , everything is in good working order

Positive experience: I go most days and the staff are always friendly (Rhian: like me). The patrons should clean up after themselves but they rarely wipe the equipment after use. I do. Anyway its recommended because it's a cheap night out.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the county, lots of new equipment and good atmosphere. Great if you are too strong for normal gyms machines. As all of their equipment is plate based, so you cannot max them out. Friendly staff

I started having personal trainer sessions with Sam, she’s brilliant.Sam is always pushing me and helping me achieve my goals, I highly recommend Fervid Fitness and Sam if your looking for a personal trainer.

Negative experience: It leaves much to be desired... Minus: Limited number of bars and weigh plates Poor assortment The space between the squad rack is about 15 cm which is dangerous Way too many people for the amount of machines and dumbells No air-conditioning Plus: Open 24/7 Car parking

Fantastic experience: I joined in Flint a couple of months ago. It had been more than a decade since I had done any kind of fitness and I was not in a good place mentally. The staff were all amazing and the whole place has a friendly feel. After a couple of weeks I asked Sam what class would be good for me. She said try her class so I did and loved it she is a great teacher and made me feel very comfortable. I have since started doing 3 other classes with Dan and Vicky. They are all wonderful and are keeping me motivated and encouraged. I am already seeing results physically and mentally and so much of it is down to the trainers. I couldn’t recommend Fervid Flint enough

Fantastic experience: Been going since April and it's great. Sure it can get busy, what gym doesn't, but I still manage to have an enjoyable workout everytime. The staff are great, I tried my first PT session a couple of weeks ago with Sam Humphreys and she put me through hell (in a good way). I've made a few friends through the gym and had an overall great experience these past few months.
