Fantastic experience: Best Body Building gym in the south coast!! 100% come!!

Fantastic experience: I've been to many gyms, this is a great gym. As soon as you walk in, you'll be presented with friendly faces, staff like B which not only goes a long way for a great customer experience but it shows how good the management is here as well. The gym itself is loaded with quality machinery and free weights. There's no waiting for machines or benches. This is why it gets an easy five star review.

Fantastic experience: Really really sick gym, especially for any bodybuilders. Owners were lovely, equipment is class, and they have lots of good supplements with cold drinks for the gym available for purchase. Have signed up for the contract as I am a student in the area (only £35 a month). Can’t wait to keep training there. Would recommend

Fantastic experience: Amazing Gym in Bournemouth. I travel away alot and use quite a number of Bodybuilding gyms around the UK. This is without a doubt one of the best - The equipment is top notch, the atmosphere is really friendly and it was really easy to buy a day pass from the owner Mike and get straight into training. If i lived in Bournewouth I would definitely join. If you're passing through then this is the place to train.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing gym, best selection and quality of machines I've ever seen, manage memberships so it's never too crowded and I can always get an amazing session in. Even has a lighting room so there isn't people with tripods taking up the whole gym. Also has a boxing gym you can use attached, 10/10 gym.

Fantastic experience: Easily the best gym I’ve gone to so far in my 2-3 years of training. Most machines are Cybex or Panatta which in my opinion are the top 2 brands for machines. Great staff too!

Negative experience: Extremely rude manger. Paid 2x months never went because bad attitude been given in day 1 registered. And it was too late to cancel.
