Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant, the motivation and routines are really helping me get in shape. Fantastic group of members and excellent coaches that really know their stuff.

Fantastic experience: The best gym around, love the classes and staff. Everyone is soo friendly and makes you feel part of the team. Love that I can bring my dog along in the mornings. Jacob has been helping work towards my goal of completing another marathon by helping me with my mobility and core. Thank you

Fantastic experience: JMS Fitness has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, whether you're attending one of the varied classes like the function fitness , box-fit aerobic capacity, functional body building, or doing your own open gym session. The gym has a strong sense of community with a hint of friendly competitiveness at all levels, for those who wish to get evolved!! JMS regularly organises teams to take part in competitions around the country if you want to take your fitness to the next level.

Fantastic experience: The team are amazing I can’t lie. I only do the Saturday Boxing Session since December 2022. I would highly recommend you guys to anyone I know looking for a gym.
