Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym and plenty of room to complete your work out. There is also a fantastic sports therapist that works out of the gym, Ross Harvey from Caledonia Sports Clinics, absolutely fantastic sports therapist and very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I have been to, has every machine imaginable. Place is immaculate with shower facilities within the changing rooms. Separate circuit & boxing classes run throughout the week early mornings and night time by Hammy which are amazing!

Friendly staff, clean equipment and approachable PTs on hand to help out and give advice. Highly recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: I just started at this gym a few months ago as a newbie, I came up from down south and was seeing which one to start. I feel like it got a bad reputation compared to the other gyms around by it being so busy but in fact it's SO huge and they have so much equipment that it never really feels that packed. Everyone seems to be nice and smiley, some of the equipment has definitely got its wear and tear that could be replacing and the bike machines are quite uncomfortable on your bottom as they're rock hard but apart from that it has everything you need. It's also got sunbeds there £25 for unlimited usuage a month! Bargain!

Fantastic experience: Great gym and well maintained equipment for all levels of fitness. The membership is flexible, easy to setup, which is spot on for me as I’m not always in area. 5 stars because it’s a great gym, sauna and dedicated showers in men’s changing rooms would be a nice addition. :)

Negative experience: The customer service in this establish was subpar, although the equipment was decent. There are way better gyms to work out at in the Dumbarton area. As soon as I walked in, I felt unwelcome. Maybe it’s because I am not Scottish, but it felt like they were working harder to be rude to me than to help me achieve my weight goals. There were cleaning stations all around, yet most of the equipment had smudges of sweat and other bodily fluids . Avoid if you can.

Fantastic experience: The perfect gym, think of every piece of equipment you could want and double it! It has both plate loaded and all in one machines and the staff are unbelievably nice. Lots of concentrated faces from other customers but I've been going for 2 or 3 years and theres never been anyone that i couldnt approach, everyones always been willing to help. There should be one of these in every city, theyve really set a new standard.

It’s spacious , clean, has a great vibe & atmosphere, and it’s been kept affordable for all. The management truly care about their members, always listening to and acting on feedback , literally buying in equipment specifically that the members asked for..All-round a brilliant gym, I love it down there!

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym i've trained in. The facilities are fantastic with a huge range of equipment and classes available. Very spacious and well laid out. Positive energy and encouraging atmosphere which has greatly helped improve my confidence in attending the gym. Staff and other gym users are fun, friendly, easily approachable and very helpful. The management take on board feedback from their members and constantly look for ways to improve and provide the best training environment they can. Fob key access for members and open 24hours.

Fantastic experience: Visiting the area for a couple of days and came across this gym on Google, paid for a day pass and the staff member was very helpful showing us round to begin with. Equipment was good and a good range of machines, I liked the outdoor area. Showers/changing area was clean and tidy. Overall I enjoyed the visit.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best gym In the shire I was out of going to the gym for nearly 3 years due to having damaged 3 disc in my back and needed major surgery to fix. So had packed on a lot of weight so was very anxious about going back to a gym but I went to school with one of the owners he said come down try it one day on me went down was showing round the gym by one of the lovely members of staff and signed up right there and then nothing is to much trouble for the staff and they always adding to the gym they see what people are using most and then add more of that so as u can go do your training with minimal down time waiting on a machine or weights. I have even got my daughter going to here as well know and wouldn’t hesitate to bring someone down to try it out using a day pass. As I have full confidence they would love it same as I do. Keep up the great work and thanks again for having a decent gym at great price not to mention 24hr access which helps with my work pattern. 5 star ⭐️ is t enough should be 10 stars ⭐️

Fantastic experience: Been training at this gym from the beginning. It’s been great to see it grow into the first class gym it’s become. Open 24 hours so you can train whenever it suits. My son has started reading here as well and loves it. Phenomenal atmosphere within the gym and it’s honestly the best thing that’s happened to the area in a long time.

Positive experience: I’m from Canada and was just passing through and decided to go to this gym…I would consider myself a moderately advanced lifter( I weight train every day at home and have a few gyms I train at there) 1. I would not recommend this gym for beginners. Not that the equipment was advanced, I enjoyed my pull day very much. The issue was the people were very judgmental and give off a negative vibe overall. Ofc that’s not the gyms fault, and I have no issues working out at a gym like that, but may come off intimidating for a beginner. 2. I bought a day pass online and they told me to go between the hours of 8am-8pm on the day I selected to get in by the Worker at the front. When I arrived at 9am, there were no staff… kinda confused. So I just waited outside till this lovely guy came and let me in. Once I was inside the facility was nice and had all the equipment one may need!
