Fantastic experience: The best gym around! Superb equipment and classes, friendly staff, lovely cafe serving coffees and meals. Changing rooms are very clean and tidy with everything you need, showers, hairdryers and lockers. Membership fee is very good for what you get. This gym is suitable for everyone!

Fantastic experience: Unit 9 Gym in Neath is Outstanding – it's welcoming and perfect for everyone, whether you're just starting out or a fitness pro. Tavis and Jolene have poured their hearts into creating a great vibe, and it shows. The trainers and staff are super helpful and know their stuff. Plus, there always time for chilling in their cozy coffee shop. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking to get fit in a friendly place!

Fantastic experience: Great little gem in Neath. Been here for over a month and I love the place. Very open space which is great as your not stepping on anyone's toes. The staff are extremely friendly and always stop to say hi or have a chat. If you're looking for a gym, this is the place to go!!!!

Negative experience: I went to get some information about the gym. I was ignored for over 5 minutes, since members of the staff were busy chating. When finaly one of the staf members saw me and I ask her about the classes they do i the gym she just turn the computer screen at me with no explanation or whatsoever. If I wanted to read a screen ill visit tye webpage. The members of staff need proper training i how to treat the clients or my case posible future clients. Not intention on coming back any time soon.

Fantastic experience: I have trained here since its opening, and it was great then, now it gas to be one of south Wales premier gyms, the staff are knowledgeable and professional and there is something for everyone here, doesn't have the marketed, prim and proper feel of a commercial gym, it you train in the neath, port Talbot,swansea area, this is the place to do it. Love the place.

If you're looking for an Intense ( as you want to make it ) Circuit Class, a Boxercise Class, a Yoga Class to maintain/up your fitness goals or free weights/machines to sculpt your physique then this is the Friendly Club Atmosphere Gym for you ⭐⭐⭐‍♀️⭐️‍♀️⭐

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym, friendly staff and it isn't full of juice heads offering roids to everyone don't listen to that numpty.

Fantastic experience: We'll what can I say about this place but I have 2 gym memberships and I still will go here now and again and pay the £5 for a session , it's a fantastic gym the staff are always happy and will often ask how things are with a great smile and you see them do the same to everyone , the equipment is spaced out perfectly, this place is pretty big and the machines and other equipment like punch bags and cardiovascular areas just seem to flow we'll within the size of the place, there's also a very call it cross fit area where all the propper bars are and the gymnastic rings , there's boxing gloves and pads for anyone to use and the ones I have have been clean and in Very good condition, there's also a bar where you can fill your boots with protein and pre work outs and there's tops you can buy with the unit 9 logo all look like the under armour material so no expense spared there, all in all its amazing gym and if I was living in neath i would be a member for sure,

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. The equipment is excellent and has everything you would need for people who enjoy training. There are plenty of dedicated areas for squatting and deadlifting. An astro turf area where one can do sledge pulls etc... Furthermore the owner is extremely approachable and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.
