Fantastic experience: At the age of 51 I joined the gym. I was very anxious about and didn't think I get through the first week to be honest, as with osteoarthritis and constant daily pain, I felt my time being active was over, as Doctors told me it was. 5 weeks in, I have more energy, feel stronger and more positive that I can exercise. The Coaches have adapted exercises, when needed and been so supportive of me, I am so happy to know and feel I can do this. Liam and his team are amazing and so so encouraging. Thank you all xx

Fantastic experience: While over in Suffolk visiting my family for Christmas I stumbled across Superhero Fitness. I have to say Superhero is a great gym. It's fully stock with all the equipment you need. There are 5 main fitness rooms including a functional fitness type room, a strength/powerlifting room, a classic fitness room, cardio room and a space for stretching and other activities. The staff were super friendly and the members all very welcoming. An awesome fitness space. I highly recommend to anyone thinking about getting fit and healthy. Paul - New Zealand

Fantastic experience: My son used the gym frequently and absolutely loves it, the community is amazing, small and compact which makes the place a lot better than commercial gyms, a lot easier to make friends, staff are always extremely helpful and supporting, highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I'm absolutely loving my fitness journey at superhero. I joined at the beginning of June and I'm already fitter, stronger and a bit lighter The staff are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The classes available are brilliant and no two have been the same so far. All the regulars to the gym have been very welcoming towards me and it is such an inclusive atmosphere. I'd highly recommend superhero fitness to anyone who asks. You did say you'd pay me £30 for this didn't you Liam?

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for around 5 months now and it’s been life changing for me. I use the gym for classes and although I’ve been very active and involved in fitness for years, they’re the best exercise sessions I’ve ever done. Such a fantastic variety to choose from at all times of the day, each designed to get the very best from your workout. I’m more confident in my own skin, my running has improved as a result of the strength work I’m doing and I’ve met a whole community of friendly and encouraging gym members. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough about this gym. When I joined I was virtually already on my knees both physically and mentally. I possibly wouldn't have ever got back up without the Superhero staff and other gym members keeping me going. I recommend to anyone thinking of joining to immerse yourself in the wonderful community that exists here. I've been a member of many gyms in the past but nowhere else I've been has everything rolled into one like this place. Genuinely grateful

Fantastic experience: Being a larger lady, living a less than active life, I never thought I would enjoy going to a gym but Superhero Fitness has proven me wrong. I was welcomed by friendly faces, encouraged by all coaches (and members) and made to feel like I can do anything I put my mind to. Fantastic experience: I've been going to the gym for years but after lockdown I decided to start at superhero and it's the best decision I've made. I've had a few issues with mobility and Liam has always taken the time to help me out great community who always support each other.

Fantastic experience: Super Hero Fitness Gym is Fabulous. I only joined back in September last year. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful and knowledgeable and willing to help. The equipment is very well kept and the gym is very clean. Very laid back and friendly atmosphere. The gym also has its own website where you can book your own sessions and courses. Very easy to access. I’d never been to a gym before last September. Glad I did. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I have ever been to and joined. I highly recommend Superhero Fitness. Friendly, supportive and encouraging staff. No matter what your level of fitness or ability this gym is for you. Joining a gym can be daunting yet not at Superhero Fitness. I have always been made to feel comfortable and at ease. Over the last few years, I have been a member at Superhero Fitness; had a few group PT sessions a week for two years and accessed online workouts during lockdown. Any friend or family member of mine wanting to join a gym is always pointed in Superhero Fitness' direction. The variety and flexibility of membership options caters for all needs.

Getting my motivation back post lockdown was very tough but after joining the gym, I found everyone to be so supportive. I soon added the classes to my gym membership which has only added to the variety and also shown the team spirit from everyone. Great staff and members make going to the gym so easy!!

Fantastic experience: At Superhero Fitness we are given lots of support and encouragement and we have a choice to have constant motivation with the WhatsApp group that are created for us. The classes are challenging but great! Always different but always seem personal! Liam is also always thinking of ways to improve the gym and always seems to find new ideas to keep us motivated, which is amazing! It’s a great family environment and even throughout the pandemic, Liam and the team were there, giving us support and motivation to keep fit! Thank you for inspiring us to work harder and better!

Fantastic experience: I've been training for many years and I have never felt as comfortable and at home as i do at Superhero Fitness. The excellent equipment complimented by the very knowledgeable staff members makes it the perfect place to train whether you are a beginner or a long time trainer. Two years ago I’d never even been in a gym, I’d lost some weight and knew I needed to exercise to help tone up and just for general fitness really. When I first joined I was really nervous and didn’t know any of the “gym words” or how to do anything or what anything was, the owner Liam has been amazing in helping me achieve my goals and find a love for fitness I didn’t think was possible. The classes they do here are amazing, whether your a beginner or like me have been going to them for a while you will get so much out of them and they’re so varied!! They’ve made me stronger and fitter in a way I didn’t think possible. Everyone at this gym is really welcoming and I’ve made some really lovely friends here. Liam and Kered are so knowledgable in what they do and you know they really do care about each of us and our own goals!!!

Became the fittest & healthiest I have ever been & made lifetime friends whilst doing so. Expertise & friendliness from the coaches is top quality & they are always adapting & bringing in new equipment & programmes. Thoroughly spoilt by recommend to anyone of any age & ability.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best Gym in the Felixstowe/Ipswich area. I have been training at Superhero for the past 8 weeks, and have seen huge improvements in my sports performance. Liams friendly and extremely knowledgeable approach has been key and inspires great confidence. The community which has been created in this gym gives you the motivation to want to go back. Everybody gets on and the instructors go out of there way to ensure you reach your goals. They turn your goals into there's and go on the journey with you. Couldn't recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: Friendly guy here, good variety of equipment and varying degrees of courses and help available to those who need it. My son loves it, memberships are reasonable especially with the student discount

Fantastic experience: Love it. Liam Hunn PT has worked exceptionally hard to create a great gym. The choice of classes and 3different workout rooms as well as a huge outside area. Changing rooms are basic but fully functional. There is ample parking too.
