Fantastic experience: Friendly, technically great, and always a good session. The club is currently (April 2022) running classes 7.15pm Mon and Wed, 7pm Tuesday, and 10.45am on Saturday. Classes are 1hr technical and then optional (for you) 45 mins sparring. Begginers and advanced welcome.

Fantastic experience: Great friendly gym to study, learn and practice MMA skills and develope your overall fitness. Expert tuition from experienced instructors in a controlled, respectfully structured and inclusive environment.

Lee and the team just bring out the best in the kids at the sessions. My girl is stronger than me and I train downstairs!

Fantastic experience: A fantastic MMA club covering all aspects of the sport at a variety of levels. The coaching staff are superb and the level of teaching covers all abilities. If you want to just get fit or aim your sights at getting in the cage then it will be hard to find a better club!

I have been training here for a couple of years now and I really could not wish for better training in MMA and feel proud to be part of the PRO MAI MMA academy. Fantastic experience: PRO MAI is a great way to learn MMA whether it is to compete, to have fun or just get in shape in a more diverse way. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome to me its been like a home away from home. The amount you learn is absolutely crazy, i went in as a complete newbie never really undertaking any martial arts and can honestly say that this has been an amazing experience for me.
