Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym! I went here for over a year before I had to move house, and I honestly miss it already. It’s usually quite quiet so if you are shy/self conscious it’s a really good place to make those first steps. All the equipment is good & easy to use, and I have seen massive improvements in my mental & physical health since joining! Josh is the loveliest person too, and provides great encouragement! Can’t recommend this gym enough!

Positive experience: I had a one month membership there over the summer. Positives: friendly and helpful staff. good location in Falmouth. Negatives: the gym is in a container where space is very limited and the equipment seems crammed in. In addition the equipment is very old - has 90s vibes. As such the membership prices are not justified.

Fantastic experience: I've been training at The Space Gym for the past year, and I can honestly say everyone is so lovely. Josh is always available if you have any concerns or queries. The supportive and friendly environment makes each visit enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: We used the gym while on holiday in Falmouth. My husband and boys were very happy with it and found all the equipment they needed. Communication via Josh was great - he was super helpful and accommodating. We can recommend it if you are visiting the area because you can pay per session and don’t need to be a member. Really convenient.

Fantastic experience: The manager Josh is super easy-going, great chat and very welcoming. Great little gym spot which opens straight onto a little green. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Made enquiries regarding visitor passes with Josh at The Space prior to my holiday in Falmouth. Excellent and welcoming communication with Josh throughout. I received a very friendly welcome when I arrived at the gym from Josh. I only wanted to keep ticking over during the week and the gym has everything you will need, including some cracking old school equipment. If your a gym user and in Falmouth get in touch with Josh.

Fantastic experience: Good place to train, not busy at all, booking system in place to keep it from getting to busy so you can just get on with training! Staff are really friendly! Just in general good environment to be in awesome place. Happy to have found it.

Fantastic experience: Being a disabled person this gym is great for me. The staff are understanding and helpful in my needs. The other people that use the gym are fantastic in helping too. It's refreshing to go to a gym and not getting judged and criticised by the "ultra elite" or "gym bros".. lovely staff and great members too. Thank you

Fantastic experience: A lovely gym that has a good atmosphere and really friendly staff. There is everything you need there equipment wise and I always feel comfortable working out there. It’s perfect if you prefer a slightly quieter gym and I’m really glad I joined!

Fantastic experience: A great gym for beginners looking to get into gym activites. Very friendly and casual enviroment, staff are super helpful. Perfect for those looking to gym on a budget and don't want to be surrounded by meat heads while doing so. Worth checking out for sure.
