Fantastic experience: There is no other facility in the area which care more about their members than CrossFit Llanelli. They are the most friendly community you will ever come across. I couldn't imagine myself ever training anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Best place to train in Llanelli! Much more than a gym. Constantly varied function movement performed at a high intensity. Every session is different with exceptional coaching. Very welcoming friendly members. Suitable for all levels.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to CrossFit Llanelli for 3 years now. Loved it to begin with and the gym keeps on getting better! Great coaches, great classmates, and ever expanding/improving facilities. It’s not my closest gym (not by a long way!) but I’m more than happy to add in some travel to get there. Couldn’t recommend more highly

Fantastic experience: I’ve just joined and absolutely loving it, everyone is so friendly and welcoming and made me feel part of the family straight away. The coaches and members are so encouraging, always offering support and guidance to help me achieve my goals. The atmosphere is exciting and relaxed at the same time. I’d recommend to anyone who wants to try CrossFit.

Fantastic experience: I'm on my second week of crossfit and I'm loving it. There's a friendly atmosphere and the coaches and fellow members make a lot of time to make you feel welcome. The coaches are patient and happy to help you as much as possible with advice and technique. For the first time in years I actually feel excited for my next workout! There can be a big reluctance for people to try Crossfit with many perceiving it to be for the 'elite' or the 'fittest' but every session does give you numerous ways to regress each exercise and find a level that suits you. I can already see there's a great community here and that is what makes people come back.

Fantastic experience: Professionally run establishment stringently adhering to current guidelines in a way many such facilities are not. A variety of classes are available and their box method is very satisfactory. Surrounding establishments shouldn't implement the methods that this establishment uses.
