Fantastic experience: Amazing staff! The gym is clean, well sized and very professional! The staff has been so great and they offer more than just a gym and a spa, they really aim to help you achieve your goals, and go over and above. Other gyms can learn something from these guys!

Fantastic experience: Being new to the gym it can be a very scary place to try get yourself to. Ever since I joined Alpine Heath Club it has been amazing. The initial interactions with the staff and the other members of the gym were so welcoming and just made it so easy for me to want to get myself to the gym and start to enjoy my fitness journey. The equipment is always well looked after and clean and whenever I've needed to ask for help from the staff, they are all so professional and take their time in helping me make sure I understand how the exercise works and what it is targeting. The Spa also offers many great different services and do their absolute upmost to leave the customers feeling over the moon! I would highly recommend Alpine Heath Club and Spa and I can't wait to continue my journey there!!! :))

Fantastic experience: This gym is so much more than “just a gym and spa”… it’s a safe place, a fun place, a place where they know your name and want to help and support you along your health and fitness journey. You feel part of the family all the staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I had severe anxiety about joining a gym and they took this into account at each stage of joining/induction etc and put my mind at ease.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to Alpine Health Club and Spa a few times now and every time has been a fantastic experience. I only go there for massages as I have a gym membership (somewhere more local to me) but this is my place of choice for massage. I’ve now had the Swedish, Hot Stones and Bamboo Massage and all of them were performed incredibly well, in a lovely environment by an extremely professional, friendly and skilled masseuse (Lorna). I was lucky enough to get one of their Valentine’s Massage sessions for couples, which was absolutely fantastic. Next thing will be to try their sports massage :-) I would 100% recommend them and Lorna.

Fantastic experience: Just had a new leg program done by Enzo omg what a workout that was! I could hardly walk leaving the gym, Enzo asked me how hard I wanted to be pushed and he certainly pushed me to my limits. Highly recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to the Alpine Health Club and Spa for a number of years now and would recommend them highly. I have had many of the treatments, but always return for the masages. There is plenty of parking and the facilities are very nice and all the staff are very welcoming.

The spa has a wide range of services and are always so accommodating, wanting the best for their clients. A high standard of service all round.

Fantastic experience: I regularly have manicures and pedicures with Kayla and find her extremely professional with excellent attention to detail. She is a perfectionist and I am always very pleased with the work she does. I have had a wide range of other treatments with Kayla including facials and massages and they are always a real pick me up with amazing results. Kayla always maintains the highest standards whichever treatment she is delivering. On occasion I have had treatments with Lorna or Lucia and have been really pleased with those too. The spa also has a glorious sun bed which I use. I would highly recommend Alpine Health Club and Spa

Fantastic experience: I Visited Alpine as a guest with a friend , can’t say how impressed I was with this club, great location free parking which I am not used to, the club is so clean with excellent high end fitness equipment, the staff were really knowledge , approachable and friendly , whilst enjoying my visit, I used the sunbed , wow! Highly recommend this club, the only downside is I don’t live closer.

Fantastic experience: Joined Alpine gym 5 weeks ago, loved every minute, staff very friendly and helpful. Decided to have a massage today, I have regular massages, but this was my first at Alpine, it was amongst the best I have had.

Fantastic experience: After being a member for over 21years, I thought I should now write a review. For the length of my membership I have been treated with respect, kindness and patience from all of the staff. The gym is well equipped and well set out. I enjoy having my routine regularly changed, which can challenge you further, or in my case, just to maintain my level of fitness. When I do treat myself the spa is excellent. There is a wide choice of treatments to suit all. To remain healthy and reasonably fit, I will continue to attend. If anyone is considering joining a gym I would certainly recommend a visit.

Moving from a previous gym to Alpine I regret not doing it sooner, everyone is friendly at the gym and the equipment is well maintained. Fantastic experience: After being a member for over a year now I can honestly say it was the best decision I've ever made. The staff are all amazing & instantly they all made my fears & worries of the gym disappear. They become so much more than staff/trainers etc they become friends, which makes it more enjoyable to be there. The spa is always amazing & affordable couldn't fault it & i'm in there regularly, the Girls are all so genuine and friendly & excellent in what they offer. The brand NEW sunbed is Amazing and full of cool new features keeping it up to date with technology. My favourite place to be after my workouts is the Sauna, cannot fault it at all. James & Enzo really are the best team of trainers, Always there to help, guide and assist with workouts, plans, assessments and anything else you need help with no matter how small even if it's just some advice. They genuinely care and want the best for every member. They're always good to have a laugh with also. I've also really been enjoying the monthly challenges lately, always something different to try & always available to everyone! As well as my love for the evening Classes each week with James, always a laugh to be had with everyone. Wouldn't ever go anywhere else. Here for Life now. Fantastic experience: The only thing I wish about The Alpine is that I had been going there sooner. I have just completed my free five day pass. I officially become a member on Monday and I cannot wait. Every time I go there I leave smiling. The staff are so friendly not like the staff who grunt at you when you go to most places these days. I look forward to going there every time. The gym is so clean and everything is where it should be. The class I went to this week was such fun. I genuinely cannot wait to become a member.

The spa offers a wide range of lovely treatments. They are knowledgeable and always happy to advise. The spa manager Kyla is amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member here for going on 20 years. I have been lucky to receive the support and encouragement of many PT coaches over the years but James stands out as by far the best. He is quietly focussed on helping me achieve my goals. Always highly professional and reliable, able and willing to adapt my plan as necessity arises. He is incredibly knowledgeable and well trained. I thoroughly enjoy my 1:1 PT sessions with him and love the fact that he is open to suggestions and able to fit my program to my individual requirements. In addition to using the gym facilities, I also enjoy using the Spa for my eyes, nails, facials and wonderful massages. The 3 Beauty Therapists are all lovely and provide a super service. I feel very fortunate to have such a fantastic gem on my doorstep.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using the spa for nearly 10 years, Kayla has always offered great advice to help with my back problems, skincare and picking a nail colour as I can never decide as there’s so much choice! I always leave feeling very relaxed and refreshed. I’ve also been attending the gym for a number of years, James has been there to offer support and guidance since the start and is a friendly face for 6.30am! All the staff are lovely and welcoming at Alpine you won’t find a better place to workout and/or relax.

Fantastic experience: I have suffered for weeks with a tissue/muscle injury in my right shoulder so I booked a tension massage with Lorna hoping for some pain relief, and that is exactly what i got. I can't tell you how relaxing & proffessional my treatment was, with my shoulder pain literally halved. I'm truly thankful and send so much praise to a very talented young lady. Thank you. Fantastic experience: Had a massage in the spa today, this was my 5th or 6th, Lorna the masseuse was very strong and professional but also caring, I have Parkinson's disease and now have a massage every two weeks to help with my aches and pains. I would highly recommend this spa and health club

Fantastic experience: It took me ages just to make the call to arrange an induction at the Alpine because the thought of using a gym again after so many years was incredibly daunting. However, from the moment that I walked through the door, to today, I have been made to feel very welcome. It is clean. I have never had to queue to get on any of the equipment. More importantly, the whole team are amazing. Every time I go there, they always take the time to ask how I am, how I’m getting on and if I need anything. They are incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive. I don’t just get a “Hello.” I get a “Hello Helen.” It’s personal and it’s appreciated. Thank you. I would recommend joining this gym to others.

Fantastic experience: I've found this to be a very helpful and welcoming gym. At first I was very unsure about joining a gym by myself but after coming for over a year I feel very comfortable coming. Everyone is friendly.

Fantastic experience: Facilities: Secure onsite free parking, Large changing room area, Sauna, Premium gym equipment compared to nearest competition (Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Cybex), Spa and competitively priced supplement range. Covid-19 preventive Measures: Hand sanitiser stations throughout building, one way systems, no scheduling/ booking system to enter gym (Massive plus!) and individual antibac spray/microfibre cloths to wipe down all equipment before/after use. Feel safer going here than Tesco! Training Programme: Recently received a new personal training programme by Chris - refreshed every 12 weeks. Top quality and personalised to my needs, listening to my goals and worked with me to develop a 2 day split programme. Once the programmes over the staff will still be around to make you feel welcome saying hello and have a quick chat.

Fantastic experience: Alpine is a fantastic local health club with friendly staff in the gym and the health spa. It has first-class equipment and products, professionally well run with good health screening. I'd also like to compliment them on how well they have coped with the pandemic and keeping the club so clean.

Fantastic experience: Rejoined Alpine a year ago after a long absence due to work. Just as I remember. Alpine have a huge range of CV and resistance equipment/free weights. It is a welcoming place to people of all fitness levels. The staff take an interest in the progress of all members. James and Chris were able to customise my workout around my recovery from a shoulder injury. Programmes are changed regularly to keep it interesting. Gives me the motivation that I need to exercise regularly. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been training at Alpine health club for the past 22 years, I could end my review there as I think that says it all. The Alpine is a first-class health club and isn't your typical get as many members through the door as possible and forget about you like PureGym or equivalent budget chain that seem to be flooding the market with their false promises and poor customer service that I frequently hear about, these gyms are cheap for a reason. The staff at Alpine are friendly, knowledgeable and are always willing to help and go the extra mile. Salvi the owner is also first-class and always has time for you and continues to invest back into the club with the latest high-end equipment If you're thinking of joining a health club or fed up with your current one give the Alpine team a call, you will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: I have started using the sunbed at Alpine in the last week. I have been on 3 times and i can already see a nice glow coming. The sunbed is a lay down one which just adds to the relaxation. the sunbed also has options of fans on it so if you get to warm you can cool down with the fans. would recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: No Hidden Extra's. A clean and professional gym, quality equipment, happy helpful staff, and a warm atmosphere. Most gyms leave you to fend for yourself, yet James and the crew are there with free regular personal sessions and always on hand to assist between times to polish your moves. The free Sauna is, so often a relaxing finish followed by a shower and a coffee in the small but friendly lounge. Pamper yourself, maybe a session on the sunbeds or a satisfying massage to remove the knots and relax the aches. This is not Arnie's weightlifting crew more a friendly mix of young and old, polite, chatty, interested folk who always have a kind word and a few minutes to talk; if your 16 or 60, or more you'll find the session will brighten your day and put a spring in both your physical and mental step. If you are looking to get fit, lose weight or just get out of the house Alpine is one of the better choices you could make.

Fantastic experience: Visited yesterday for a pedicure, wax and gel nails. I have been going to the Alpine for many years now, the team are amazing, very welcoming and professional. I cannot praise Kayla enough in the spa she is a first class beauty consultant and highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I decided to move to Alpine last year as I was lacking motivation and accountability at my previous gym. Could not recommend this place enough! The staff are always helpful and polite, the atmosphere is great which makes you feel comfortable. Gym goers are at all levels of fitness and you never feel judged. The programs are made to suit you, which can be changed up to keep it interesting. Fun fitness classes in the evenings, I go to legs, bums and tums on a Tuesday and love it.

Fantastic experience: Joined a week ago. Nice place, very nice staff and most important, is not crowded. This was the criteria that made it a winner for me.Equipment is new and of good quality and the place is maintained clean and nice. If they put a booster for the broadband as well as the signal is not great at the back or the gym would be lovely. Staff makes you feel welcomed and the sauna is nice (again not many people there so happy days) Is a bit more expensive then the other gym in town but not by much and I think is worth it.

James's boot camp classes are really enjoyable even though challenging, making sure all aspects are covered (legs, arms, core, balance , cardio) throughout the week! A great gym to work out in and all members of staff are highly professional, Kayla Lorna and Lucia make you feel really welcome and at ease, also they are very knowledgeable with in the club & spa! A noticeable deep clean inside and out with new covid safety measures clearly displayed and cleaning stations easily accessible . Good to have classes back up and running as these prove positive and motivating and a much needed massage went down very nicely, a new experience for me which will most definitely be repeated !!!!

Fantastic experience: Cant fault the alpine its an amazing gym and the staff are lovely. Since opening after lockdown I feel very safe at the gym they have excellent hygiene with cleaning stations. Alpine have put great safety measures in place and i dont think you could get any better!

The gym itself is also amazing with all the best machines and free weights. Always clean and fresh I have never been anywhere as good. The staff including the owner are always available to help in any way they can and are always smiling and friendly I cannot praise the club any higher than 5 stars which is a shame because they do deserve more in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: I have to say that I am completely satisfied with Alpine Health Club. I joined their gym 2 months ago. The equipment, there is so much to use. I got a great programme from James and there is so much to offer. The spa is fantastic, great choice of treatments and the ladies (Kayla, Lorna and Lucia) in there are so friendly and professional.
