Fantastic experience: We dropped in on our holidays from Australia. Everyone was super friendly, coach was fantastic and definitely worked up a sweat. Also recommend a great place for breakfast. Hopefully we’ll be back one day. Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: Trained there for 2years, great vibe, great kit, huge space and reasonably priced. The owner Andy is professional, knowledgeable, approachable and has fostered a sense of community in his gym that many coaches would envy. As a weightlifter I needed a place where I could do Olympic lifting and all the associated accessory exercises. RCFNI had everything I needed and the location is very accessible. After moving, I realise I was spoiled with RCFNI facilities. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Excellent coaching, friendly and great value. I attended at barbell session and took away plenty of tips to improve technique. Well worth getting into this box if your're on your travels or considering CrossFit/weight lifting.

Fantastic experience: Coaches are fantastic. They're extremely focused on technique and let everyone move at their own pace while still roaring you on. Community is fantastic as well, and there are classes morning noon and night so you're pretty much guaranteed a time that will suit.
